Iron Bond Fitness is on a mission to build a fun and effective workout space for YOU. We deliver a challenging, yet safe program for members to come in and crush. Our goal is to inspire you, make make you feel proud, and to help you recognize your potential and strength.
IBF Group Workouts are 45 minute, co-ed, cross training workouts. These sessions are for individuals looking for a challenging, full body workout. Group Workouts are for all fitness levels; regressions and modifications will always be provided to ensure safety, while progressions may be created for those looking to go above and beyond.

I joined Iron Bond Fitness in April 2024 & it has been a game changer for me. I went from a size 12 to a size 8. I credit this to Jenna & her macro coaching program. The weight came off SLOW but I hit my goal that I never thought was achievable. Having Jenna as a coach & group trainer gave me the encouragement & motivation to succeed. She provided great advice, suggestions & tweaks to my program as needed. I love the coaches at Iron Bond. I also want to call out coach Karin for always helping me lift heavier weights or try new things. If you are looking for a new gym, I highly recommend Iron Bond Fitness & the macro coaching program.

I have been a member of probally 10 gyms and this is the first gym where not only the owners/coaches are genuinely nice people but also the members! I am blown away by how welcoming and kind everyone was. Oh and the workouts are ABSOLUTELY incredible. I’m so glad I found this gym I’ll call home forever

Started with Iron Bond in November 2023 after several years off from any fitness routine due to multiple hip surgeries and the "Vid". I knew I had plumped out a bit during that time, but saw myself in a photo that had been taken and was shocked at just how much weight I had gained.
CrossFit training was my thing for years before all that, but there were things about that discipline that were not the same as years ago and I made the decision not to return. Challenge was, I had come to love the group setting, comradery and effectiveness of that system. The big box gyms were not even an option as an avenue to get back in shape, as it is quite difficult to push yourself hard in that setting (not that they would let you anyway!). I tried the "home gym" thing for a bit... bought a rower, some dumbbells, Kettlebells and an AbMat... Came up with some CrossFit style workouts but could never push myself, alone in the basement, the way I wanted.
I was at the recycling center next door to IBF one day and looked them up online. That let to stopping in one day to watch a workout. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile and an introduction to the owners Jenna and Brad. They seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my past and my concerns regarding limitations I have with bilateral hip replacements. It was explained how the programing at IBF was similar to what I was used to, but also how it differed.
They were offering a free unlimited workout trial week promotion, which I signed up for, after which I signed up for a membership. Been going 3-4 times a week since. It is wonderful to be back in a group workout environment.
To date I am down nearly 20lbs and have had to replace/have altered much of my wardrobe... for which I have summited a bill for reimbursement to the ownership to include a dozen Titleist ProV1 golf balls which have been lost due to my club distances are all out of whack.
As of this review all I have received from them, with regards to this bill, is a enthusiastic " you're welcome".

Iron bond is everything you could need in a gym! Jenna and all the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and prioritize form/safety while still pushing you to hit your goals. Best workout no matter what level you are out. It is such a positive uplifting place to be! I look forward to everyday I get to go to a class and feel so good after. I joined IBF about 7 months ago and it was the best thing I did! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming with knowledgeable/friendly staff guiding you along the way! It is a true community at all levels of fitness who come together to lift heavy weights, form friendships, and focus on being the best version of yourself. This gym is a hidden gem and I will never leave!

I joined Iron Bond when I was in my first trimester, all the coaches, especially Jenna were super accommodating and supportive throughout my pregnancy. When I returned just a few weeks ago, I was welcomed with open arms and encouraged to keep going. I look forward and become excited when I have time to go. Everyone is so friendly and it is a great community!

My goal was to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Thinking a group workout would help, I tried a class at Iron Bond Fitness. The class was tough and I struggled, but it was fun. I immediately signed up for their “20 sessions for $119” promotion.
Today at Iron Bond Fitness, I finished my first Murph Challenge (w/some mods 😀), something I would not have attempted 2 months ago.
Iron Bond Fitness has proven to be a challenging and motivating environment from the trainers and other clients to the gym itself. The workouts are demanding and I leave there exhausted but feeling great.
Not exactly where I want to be, but I know Jenna and her crew will help get me there.

I’ve been to many gyms in my years. What I love about Iron Bond Fitness is they help reach the goals that’s are specific to each person. Fun challenging classes with trainers that pay attention to detail in the workouts, like form and body positions to get the best results without injury.
Initially I wasn’t sure I could keep up or do some of these workouts but at my pace and modification the trainers provide, I am winning ! I feel great and getting strength and balance which was my goal ! Love circuit training especially here at Iron Bond Fitness ! Work it !💪🏼

IBF is so much more than just a gym; it truly is a community. Coaches Jenna, Alayna, Harrison, Brad, and Dan are each phenomenal. They are really good at coming up with modifications to meet everyone’s needs (including during pregnancy and early post-partum, like myself)! I have had 9 knee surgeries & have to be careful not to re injure myself. Working out with Jenna makes me feel stronger. She pushes me to try things I wouldn’t normally feel safe. Iron Bond Fitness is a great gym to learn more about your strengths & to push your limits.
I used to struggle with lifting & carrying 3cases of water from my car to house up a few stairs. I can now lift them & bring them in my house with no problem at all. I love the feeling I get from my strength training.
Jenna is a patient, knowledgeable & skilled coach/trainer. I look forward to my workouts.

I had a severe back injury that was very painful. When I was to the point of being able to slowly work out again Jenna took the time to customize personalized workouts for me and worked with me directly to help strengthen me physically. She also helped me over come fear of lifting anything heavy as my injury caused me so much pain. Jenna is professional compassionate and extremely skilled in her craft. I was never a “gym” person. Never had the motivation or mindset to workout. Until i found Ironbond, it’s not a gym. It is a lifestyle! I can’t wait to go to my next class, I’m stronger, leaner and more motivated then i ever have been. It’s fun, interactive and different every class!
