I’ve been taking Suzanne’s Align classes for years and she’s amazing—knowledgeable, funny, and encouraging. Every class feels fresh and uplifting, and I love the cozy, small studio atmosphere!!

I love all Kaia Yoga locations I’ve tried. Darien, Westport and Wilton.
Each one has a different vibe to it. I love my Thursday morning classes in Wilton. It’s a quiet, peaceful studio. The room is sunny and just the right size. I love the instructors. And some of them rotate through different locations, which is also very nice. Overall, I’m very happy go to Kaia and love the flexibility of having access to their studios in surrounding towns.

I’ve never had a bad teacher. Lovely people, great classes. I particularly love Molly’s Wednesday class and Nicole’s Saturday class. Very different vibes and both incredible

Kaia Yoga is such a special company, and Kaia Wilton is one of my favorite studio locations of theirs. It is always a peaceful, chilled out, and relaxed place, perfect for stress-relief, and all of the beautiful benefits of yoga. Each class is filled with kind and friendly students and exceptional teachers. The practice space is tranquil and relaxed, and they have the best blocks I've found ever - cork! For first time visitors, ample free parking is in the back!

Kaia is a great yoga studio with fantastic teachers. The studio is in a great location and all the teachers I have had have been good. Solid vinyasa flow all around and the option to bounce around to the other studios if you need classes at other times not offered. On that note I wish they would add more classes on the weekends.

The studio is at the top of 2 flights of stairs, that may be a deal breaker for some people. The small lobby had to essentials and nothing more. The practice space is simple and clean, without many distractions. I took a flow class with Marianne and it was fantastic. The class was well-balanced, many options were offered and the cuing was clear and intelligent. The only item that gave me pause is to whole experience is that Marianne is listed as a 200 RYT, but I was unable to determine who she is registered with.
