The staff here is very encouraging and engaging with the students. To be honest I was first worried about the price but after seeing my kids social improvements I feel it was well worth it. Even though it’s only been a month I’m looking forward to see my kids growth in month 3.

Sham of a business. When the general manager tells you that the owner will call you. Only to receive 0 communication going forward. I’m sure the classes are amazing but management doesn’t exist.

My 5yo is in the spectrum and has been going to kidstrong for about 5 months now, its incredible how much he has improved his confidence, social skills and more not only at the gym but also at school, he uses kidstrong said to encourage himself to go to school every day.

My son has been going to KidStrong Manchester since they opened back in April and I couldn't be happier with enrolling him in their program. ALL of the coaches are absolutely amazing with the kids and make them all feel equally as important every class. My son looks forward to his class every week. Not only is the exercise program set up to push the kids in the best way, but they also make sure they are helping develop other essential life skills every week such as public speaking, calming breathing, and confidence.

My son has been attending KidStrong classes since they opened! He loves going to class, the coaches, the activities etc! They work on physical and mental skills here, I’ve seen a real improvement in my son’s willingness to try hard things and sportsmanship since starting KidStrong. We have a lot of scheduling conflicts due to my work schedule and sports and KidStrong has been very easy to work with for rescheduling classes so he can still attend a class every week. My son also absolutely loves the Parents Night Out program!

We are going to KidStrong since first day of opening. This gymnastic place help to our son to be more cofident. He love to be there. Funny and educated activities. Also, their activity is involving parents, which is amazing. Everytime different physical activities. It not making annoying at all. All the time coaches keeping kids busy. They doing physical exercises in playful way. Coaches doing amazing job. They know how to find a way to each kid. Especially coach Shelby and Mayson. We will highly recommend this place for kids.

My little girl has not had much social interaction and the openness that the Coaches had to her nervous personality was so spectacular, that's the biggest reason we are returning. They never gave up even though she denied their high-fives and encouraged her to smile the whole session. She started to break out of her shell as time went on. Seeing people who don't just give up on a shy child is what makes this Momma want to go back to KidStrong. Thank you!

The marketing pulled me in and really reflected the program accurately. My son was the happiest I’ve ever seen him during a class, and my face hurt from smiling because I was so happy too! The place was so clean, and the program was impressive because it is so inclusive of a variety of essential learning points. It was age appropriate but also challenging. I would definitely recommend this program to others.

If you’re not paying attention it’s easy to get deceived by this place, staff and their system in place. Upon first trial class you’ll be amazed by being a newer concept where they’re very eager to sign you up right away. They push a six month commitment but I opted for a month (4 classes) on top of the trial she already did. The awards ceremony is a great concept “IF” it was based on actual merit instead of what color your shirt is, and that is decided by the number of classes you paid for. Thats right your child can win all sorts of praise and awards for $100’s to $1000’s of dollars the way they have it tiered. I’m a firm believer in the old school way of a child earning awards and their spot based on effort and performance. My child listened when spoken to, helped coaches with obstacles without being asked, returned to their spot when told to wait for the next activity I watched 2 classes after as kids were awarded based on number of classes attended and not merit. I watched kids who didn’t listen and whined awarded based on the color of their shirt marking how much their parents had spent. I told my child. Be patient awards are earned you’re doing good. Well this last class was the final straw, there’s glass separating the seating area from the activity area I always thought it should be padded, I always warned my child to be careful running back to the sitting position spaces as the put those next to the glass. Right around the same time as the person running things was saying I still needed to fill out the terms and conditions that was never brought to my attention prior, after reading absolutely don’t agree and would never sign the way it was layed out. Total nightmare. sure enough a little girl trips right into the glass wall hurts herself needs and ice pack leaves. Again for class my child listens, try’s hard answers all their questions correctly, helps without being asked only child to do so hoping for some acknowledgment or award. Nope parent child award goes to the child who didn’t listen because of the color of his shirt ($$$) and the dad who was on his phone almost the whole time. This is a pay for award based program which will set kids up for failure in real organized sports and that’s sad and sick. Now let’s get to the terms and conditions as well as I understand taking the risk at a gym with a child basically they want absolutely no responsibility whatsoever if your child gets hurt whether they are paying attention or not. They want the rights to your child’s images for advertising and a gym membership commitment with automatic payment set up. We had one class left and I drove 30 minutes each way to do them we absolutely will never be returning or subject my child to think she’s doing anything wrong while watching undeserving people get rewarded based on how much money is spent. This system is franchised and flawed. Within an hour I signed her up elsewhere and never planned on signing the croc of terms and conditions layed out by this place. Parents do your research and KidStrong Manchester do better. I will be reaching out on a national level about this hyped based farse. Please feel free to see the below screenshot of text I received after leaving my review. Well well number traces back to the general manager lady at KidStrong running it. **** Follow up, according to the general manager who reached out to police before I could she did not send the message below using my personal information to reach out through a personal line after 10pm.After driving 40 minutes in traffic to the police station and laying my phone out to be looked at and videoed they did in fact believe it was sent and were satisfied on my end said I should reach out to the owner and pursue this in a civil matter. You can not use my personal information from a business and reach out especially that way on a personal level it’s a violation of code of conduct and my rights. Will be reaching out to the owner next

We love kidstrong for their friendly coaches and the athletic opportunities it provides for the kids. My son takes a lot of pride in his rank and always brags how strong kidstrong makes him… I also appreciate that he’s learning he doesn’t always win the coach’s award at the end of class, and is encouraged to cheer for his friends when they win.

My son has a speech delay and his confidence has taken a toll because of it, but he’s been going to KidStrong for a few months and it has definitely positively impacted his self image. He always leaves class showing his muscles and pumped for the rest of the day. The staff always addressed any of my schedule conflicts with ease and the whole staff is always so fun to interact with. They make it easy for the parents to foster a welcoming community amongst each other, which is not the case in a lot of other classes we’ve taken where you end up just sitting awkwardly next to each other in silence. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning customers for years to come.

KidStrong has been a wonderful experience for my son and for my family. My son struggles to listen and can be difficult when it comes to taking direction. The coaches have been so patient and caring with him and we're already seeing an improvement in these areas. He's more open to trying new activities and puts up less of a fight at home when asked to do things like chores. He looks forward to classes, especially summer camp! Not only does he love the physical element, but at camp he gets to do science experiments and STEM activities too (he was raving about blowing up a balloon with a bottle, vinegar and baking soda haha)! On top of all the wonderful coaches, the manager there is kind and helpful. She greets families with a warm smile and is helpful in explaining the options and prices. Would highly recommend!!

My child that is nine years old went for a class the first time and it definitely not used to a full 45 minute exercise routine found it very hard to keep up in. But I had a great time at the beginning. I think switching Things up might make it so it's easier to keep their attention so maybe the tire Flip or midway through better at holding attention at least hers. But all in all, I really like this spot

I’ve been looking for something that will keep him busy and help with his motor skills. My son is on the spectrum and is nonverbal. The team is excellent with him and understanding. They adapt to certain situations where Michael motor skills doesn’t allow him to do certain moves and accommodate for him. I was worried that Michael being nonverbal the kids would not understand how to approach or interact with him. The kids are awesome and are very good with making sure they include Michael on every one their task. I Would definitely recommend parents to bring your kiddos here.

This place is one of a kind. Everyone is so nice and kind. My only critiques would be the noise level is a lot. If you have a kiddo who is overwhelmed by sound it will make this difficult. And the class sizes are huge. It makes it difficult for the coaches to show the kids the techniques and to make sure there is full understanding on what to do. That also ties into the volume level in the room.
I don't believe these things deminish the overall value this place brings. Which is why I'm still rating at a 5. The experience, confidence and fun my kiddo is having out weighs all else.

HUGEEEEE shoutout to coach Kenzie and coach Mason. My son is hearing impaired and wears a hearing aid in his right ear. Last week for the first week he really struggled to hear because it’s so much going on at once and lots of little voices everywhere so his hearing aid was picking up everything. (No complaints he still had SOOOOOO much fun and was so excited to come again today) So this week I brought his microphone that clips to your shirt and puts your voice directly through his hearing aid. Thank you so much for being so great and wearing it Coach Kenzie. You made his day. I truly cannot thank you enough for being accommodating and helping my little guy be able to hear the instructions better.
My daughter also attends and is in the group right after his and she is my homebody and doesn’t want to go anywhere or do anything. If you ask her if she had fun she will 100% tell you no even if she did. I finally got a “hey mom I guess I kinda do like this and wanna stick to it I just don’t like all the exercise but it’s kind of more like playing a game” so thank you for that as well 🥹🥹🥹 this momma left today so incredibly happy with my decision to sign both of them up when I first heard about it!
