About the Club

KMK Training offers top-level sports performance training/Strength & Conditioning services to all ages in the Southern Connecticut region. Our staff holds numerous national-level certifications and degrees, along with years of experience coaching in the industry. Whether it's youth, high school, collegiate, or professional athletes, we cater to anyone's fitness experience and goals to help them reach their full athletic potential. We want to empower the youth and our community through athletics and proper wellness education to help people live happy lives and realize their body's full potential.

I met Kevin and his team a few years ago when I was inching my way to 50 years old. My goal was to gain more muscle, feel stronger and build weight training into my routine. Less than 10 months ago Zach Havemann was being wheeled into the hospital to have his ACL and MCL reconstructed.
Since then the Team at KMK Training and Visionary Physical Therapy LLC and worked methodically to rehabilitate him to Zach 2.0 . It will be a slow start to the Football season, but if he continues to follow the process he will be back stronger and better than ever. Proud of his relentless work ethic and attitude to life.

After one full year at kmk I can truly say this is the gym to be at. Working with Chris has been amazing. I have become much stronger and confident in myself. I have been able to grow as a soccer player in many different ways thanks to Chris. Overall the gym environment is amazing. Everyone is super helpful and so welcoming and kind. Each trainer cares so much about their client and genuinely only wants the best for them. It's not like other gyms where they just give you some workouts to do, they specifically do certain exercises to make you a better person and will guide and help you through each step. I recommend kmk for anyone even people who are staying their gym journeys and people who don't play sports. There is no gym like kmk and i'm so glad I have been able to build a great community there. I will definitely be returning for many years to come!

I have been training with Chris Elias for about a year. When I joined KMK I told Chris I wanted to add weightlifting to my workouts, but I didn’t have any experience with weightlifting.
