The Coaches the true highlight of Kratos. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also remarkably patient and encouraging with the kids. My daughter has been to 3 gyms in the area and none of them compare to the individualized attention that she receives here. Her training is tailored to her strengths, focusing on what is unique and special about her. The coaches are so thoughtful about their approach, considering the athletes goals and how best to achieve them, in their training. They coach the whole athlete including the mental aspect. I only have amazing things to say about this coaching team and highly recommend this gym!

Solid instruction for gymnastics from professional trainers who aren’t only highly skilled, but are also enjoying what they do which is evident in their caring, friendly and fun approach to teaching the girls. Wish they were a little closer to us, but we may sign up for more sessions despite the slightly lengthy drive to Bethel. 🤸‍♀️💪🥇

My 3 yo started at Kratos today.
She loved it so much she didn't want to leave!
Kratos Gymnastics are very different people from anyone I've met in that field so far. They are incredibly dedicated, their classes are structured, unlike other gymnastics classes that's always feels more like playtime.
The young gymnasts got to try a lot of different things. And both teachers made sure that their students are testing their body limits a little, reassuring them, encouraging them, helping them stay concentrated on the task, correcting when needed. I'm sure all of those girls felt incredibly strong and powerful.
All of that - while giggling, smiling and making new friends.
That's money and time well spent!

Called about adult private lessons and the girl on the phone was just plain rude….she came off as if offering for anything for adults was a waste of their time. Sadly we have to take our business outside of bethel instead of supporting local.

Ashley and Mihael have such passion for the sport of gymnastics, which makes them amazing coaches. They both spend 100% of their energy trying to make each athlete work to their potential. My daughter has grown both physically and mentally. Kratos is an amazing gym!!

"Bringing Dreams within Grasping Reach" - This is Kratos's mission statement and it is truly aligned with the approach that Michael and Ashley take to training their students. My child has been with the gym for about 8 months... not only has she grown in physical strength and ability.. but I've really noticed her confidence has grown as well. And she herself has learned what she is capable of doing WITH HARD WORK. I definitely recommend Kratos.

We love Kratos. Coaches are highly trained, courteous and all around fun. They spot my child, show her the proper technique and often do the actual move themselves as part of the demonstration. My daughter has learned more in 6 months with Kratos than she did during her entire 6yrs at another gym. Highly highly recommend Kratos.

We have been going to Kratos for over 6 months and it has been a very positive experience. My daughter and I both take classes as well as privates. My daughter has grown as an athlete while attending at Kratos. Miheal and Ashley are very encouraging. Their knowledge is clearly noted not only in their sport, but in all areas of fitness. They are training their students to be athletes as well as building a strong character. The work ethic they expect has made my daughter train harder and achieve so much. We would highly recommend Kratos Fitness and Acrobatics to all!

Kratos Fitness goes above and beyond any gym I have ever been to with my children. My daughter has worked with both of the owners for 2 plus years. My son (who hates to workout) LOVES working with coach Miheal. They are dedicated, kind and professional. I have never seen anyone there speak an unkind word. Coach is always encouraging the kids to do their best. It is the cleanest gym we have ever been into in the last 15 years. You are always welcomed with a smile. There are rules - each and every rule is to give all of us a safe environment. Kratos rocks!!!
