I love it!!! It has absolutely everything you need for strenght training/body building. Very clean, modern and the vibe is awesome. It's 24 hours and I feel safe to go at any time, plenty of parking space. I recommend to anyone regardless their level of fitness.

I am so grateful to have found Legacy and its amazing staff! I have always been intimidated by the big gyms and this was the PERFECT way to get access to the best equipment and classes without feeling overwhelmed. It is a small, but mighty gym with all high quality equipment and services. It is SO obvious how much Trey cares about all of us in his classes. His motivation and contagious upbeat attitude are the best way to start the morning. Even on the days you don’t feel like working out, you know you’ve got someone who’s going to push you to do your best and make you smile while doing it. He has taken the time to teach me how to use equipment and explain moves that were completely alien to me. On top of the staff and equipment being top-notch, I also have to say that every person I’ve met there is incredibly nice. I honestly look forward to my workouts and seeing my new friends when I’m there.

I am thrilled to have found Legacy Training Center. This is a brand new gym located in Middletown. This gym is spotless, and spacious, (plenty of room to walk around equipment and not injure yourself). The equipment is all brand new ( so you don't have plates sticking to each other) and the owners Trey and Kate are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Every time I walk in there I am greeted with a huge smile and I instantly feel at ease.
The gym is open 24 hours, and the members are there to work out and not be intimidating.
I highly recommend Legacy Training Center to anyone who would like to stay/or get in shape. You wont be disappointed!

Best gym I’ve ever gone too. I work 2 jobs and have very little time to get to most gyms but since it’s 24/7 here I can get workouts in everyday without having to worry about rushing. Everything you could possibly need from a gym, with great lighting and layout
