I attended Lift Performance’s Thanksgiving community workout and had an amazing time! The event had such a great atmosphere and really showcased the strong community they’ve built. Tyler and Bryan put together an awesome workout that was fun, challenging, and energizing. It reminded me why I love their small group training approach—supportive, motivating, and truly effective. Since I have begun taking classes with Lift Performance I have once again found motivation to exercise. Ever since I stepped foot in LIFT it has been an incredible journey. I first started at the Memorial Day community workout last summer (The Murph challenge) and all I can say is wow!! The people were extremely motivated and the energy was on fire in that place. Over the last few months, I’ve had the privilege to train personally with Tyler for the HYROX Boston event and he has been one of the most influential person in my life!! I'm thoroughly impressed with Life Performance, especially the knowledgeable trainers, Brian and Tyler who regularly create innovative workouts that target both specific muscles and the whole body. Their performance center is full of new equipment, exceptionally clean and to my initial surprise "no mirrors". When I hit 50, I quickly realized the need to get back into working out, I just needed the initial push. These brothers do just that, their energy every morning is contagious, the warm ups/stretch is eye opening , core workouts push you as far as you want. This is more than a gym. The coaches work closely with me to customize my workouts to allow me to train at my level. As someone who loves to incorporate weight training into my fitness routine, I often found it hard to stay consistent because I don't have experience programming or structuring my own workouts. After doing some research online, I decided to try LIFT Performance this summer, and it has exceeded my expectations.

The owner-coaches show up every day with incredible enthusiasm and provide consistent encouragement. Their energy and passion is infectious and highly motivating and their programming is designed so that it allows you to track meaningful progress that you can see week to week.

I really enjoy that the classes have a group fitness format, but everyone works at their own pace and ability level. It creates a perfect balance; you get the energy and motivation of working out with others without feeling like you're in a high-pressure environment. It maintains a great sense of community while allowing each person to focus on their individual goals.

The classes they offer not only have shown visible results within a month’s time, but the people who train along with you and the trainers themselves are so very positive. For the past 2 years, starting at 12y/o, I have been going to LIFT (sport performance class) and don’t regret one moment of it. As an athlete this is a great place to improve your game as the trainers (Clark brothers) are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I've been going to Lift for several months and I can not express how wonderful it's been. Having never had a formal workout routine before, the self gratification you get is remarkable. Not only do I feel great, but its amazing how much stronger I am. There are 5 of us seniors who workout with Brian. Each session he has a schedule set for us to include strength and conditioning exercises. He clearly and patiently explains each set we will be doing and encourages us every step of the way. He watches closely to be certain we are not over extending ourselves, but also gives us a nudge when we need to push a little harder. We all have complete trust and confidence in him. The facility is immaculate, bright and very pleasant to work out in. Their equipment is plenty and always in great working order. From time to time Tyler will come thru and he is equally kind and encouraging. Brian, Tyler and his brothers have built a fabulous business. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Lift! I’ve been to several gyms over the years but none can compare to the 3 brothers that own and manage this gym. Tyler, Bryan and Conner are all equally amazing and knowledgeable. I am not a young person and yet the challenges and training they provide are exceptional. They provide modifications wherever needed. As challenging as the workouts can be, you never feel like you don’t belong. The classes are small and personalized with much attention to form so there is no risk of injury for doing something wrong. I honestly don’t think this is the gym you’re looking for. As a fitness enthusiast and a “big-box” gym regular for the past decade, I’ve never been anywhere quite like LIFT Performance — and I’m not sure there’s anything else like it on the market. Tyler, Brian, and Connor have curated an environment where you’re challenged to achieve things you didn’t think you were capable of, while also feeling understood, recognized, and valued as a member of the team.

On countless occasions, I’ve met new people at LIFT and watched as the Clark brothers adapted the program on the spot to meet the individual needs of those who may have never lifted a weight before — all while keeping a close eye on those like myself who sometimes need a reminder that the heavier weights are located on the bottom rack.

Every person feels seen. Every person feels challenged. Every person feels successful. I joined LIFT during their inception at D-Bat. Tyler worked tirelessly training Athletes with their swings while encouraging them and their parents to try out their training program. I had been going to the same gym for 8 years and knew I needed a refresh, so I gave it a try and never looked back. The atmosphere was extremely inviting and every time I was home from college, I wanted to come back.

My youngest son started training at Lift to prepare for high school athletics. We wanted a safe space to help with strength training and injury prevention. He had such a great experience I decided to give it a try.

Honestly, I didn’t expect to like it, but after the 7 day trial I was hooked. As someone in the medical field and former D1 athlete, I knew what I should be doing for fitness but lacked motivation. Resistance training at Lift Performance has really helped me begin to rehab after minimal physical activity for the last four years, due to a failing hip, and subsequent hip replacement. One of my issues was a torn rotator cuff (2006) which pretty much immobilized my right arm. (I could not use it to hang up clothes, reach the controls on the dash of my car, put a coffee mug back on a shelf.) I am very happy with my progress; I am now able to use my right arm, and it is getting better every day. My hip is improving as well.
The trainers are terrific!! They are responsive and encouraging. The exercises are age appropriate, (I am 70) and are customized to my needs.
Though exercise is not my favorite pass time, I know that the workouts at Lift are crucial to helping me to get stronger to avoid falls, and will help me to be able to remain independent into my older age. I do the training three times a week, and really look forward to the sessions!!

LIFT Performance gym has changed my life…a bold statement…but true. As a 74 year old woman who was very out of shape and lead a sedentary lifestyle, working with Bryan over the last year and half, 3x/ a week , has given me increased strength and endurance, the confidence to challenge myself, and has improved my emotional and physical health. Bryan develops a personalized new more challenging exercise programs every 3 weeks while guiding and demonstrating me through the program. Whether it’s weightlifting, mobility work, or cardio training, everything is tailored to promote healthy, controlled movement with an emphasis on long-term joint health and pain-free performance.

One of the most impactful changes for me has been in my squatting technique. Previously, my squat mechanics were off. I used to drop my glutes slightly to the left side instead of keeping a neutral, centered motion. This seemingly small imbalance caused stress and overactivation on my right side, which led to chronic knee pain and left my right leg consistently more sore after leg days. The coaches at LIFT immediately spotted this during training and gave me personalized corrections and mobility drills that have made a huge difference. I now squat more efficiently, feel more balanced, and haven’t had knee pain.

On top of that, the weekly programs they provide are incredibly well-structured and progressive. As long as you’re consistent as I have been, showing up to every session each week you start to notice steady and meaningful strength gains. I’ve seen faster progress here than I ever did working out on my own or even following other programs at previous gyms. The incremental increases in weight, combined with solid guidance and form correction, have pushed my training further than I thought possible.

The gym also provides access to the LIFT Training App, which is a fantastic tool for tracking workouts, sleep and even monitoring calories. It keeps you accountable, engaged, and gives you insight into your progress, making the experience even more empowering.

I have been attending Lift Performance for several months now. I go two to three days per week and absolutely love our trainers and the facility. Let me start with our primary trainer , Bryan Clark with much encouragement from Tyler Clark. Bryan is strategic, always encoraging, patient and 100% atentive during our workouts. He describes each activity very well and gives us a worksheet to keep notes and record our progress. He encourages breaks when needed. Stresses the difference between pain and simply pushing ourselves. Bryan and Tyler care about our health first and then progress. Now the facility- it is immaculate, has a beautiful cushioned rubber floor, quite charming with its authentic brick walls and so much wonderful equipment to help with muscle building, balance, cardio and conditioning. The atmosphere is very warm and homey. The Clark brothers have done an excellent job growing this family business which is quite impressive. They work very hard, but always with a smile. I never thought, after retirement, that I could do all these great exercises and conditioning at my age. I feel stronger, much more balanced and overall healthier after coming to this gym. There are 5 of us who attend regularly and we feel blessed to have this facility to come to week after week. We see these young men and women work out regularly there and we think, how smart of them to start at their ages. But we are too and I highly highly recommend Lift Performance.

Not enough good things that you can say about LIFT. Been working out with the Clark brothers for almost 2 years now. Lifelong athlete and workout enthusiast and I can say that I am in the best shape I have ever been in. Since training with LIFT and coupled with some better kitchen habits, I have lost about 20lbs. I didn't have much weight to lose and was always fearful that the reduction in weight would result in the reduction of muscle mass and strength, but I can say that I am both leaner AND stronger than I have ever been. They always offer different variations of their exercises so you can make the workouts as challenging as you want them to be or a little less if you are working around any aggravated spots and they are always there to motivate you if you are in need. I came into last summer weighing 205 with bad knees, ankle and hips from prior injuries and after working with them for just one summer my knee, ankle and hips injuries felt so much better and I had no pain doing any movements and I weighted 175 at the end of summer and went into fall baseball feeling the best I ever had and performed the best I ever had. I have always struggled with being consistent when it came to working out. Back in June I was introduced to the LIFT team, and that was no longer an issue for me. The workouts are fun, engaging, and challenging. I have not only seen results physically (I’ve lost more than 10lbs, and more to come), but I feel mentally clearer, and more confident after committing to exercising with these guys every week! I am just celebrating my one year milestone working out with Lift. I was approaching 50, overweight, out of shape, and nursing injuries that provided the perfect excuse to not push myself. The first couple of months while I was winded in warmups, Tyler and Brian modified the program in order to strengthen the weak areas, and build around the injuries.
12 months later, I have dropper almost 12% body fat, cut my cholesterol in half, moved from borderline diabetic to not ask risk, and am cruising through workouts. On the days motivation is low, they pick you up. Equally as important are the days you feel like a hero, and they contain you to avoid getting hurt.
The classes are a great community, and everyone motivates each other. It is NOT a muscle headed insane gym. It is a great place to train with good people.
If you're on the sideline blaming "the ole knee" from 20 years ago, this may be the perfect environment for you too to get healthy.

I started training at LIFT at the end of last fall. Without LIFT I would not be as far as athletic as I am today. My experience with Lift has been awesome! I see started out training remotely but just a few weeks ago I’ve started training there there in person. I’ve been hitting with Tyler which has been tremendous. He’s so easy to connect with and he has an awesome way of delivering knowledge to players like me. I’m already seeing changes and results with my swing. The weight training is awesome, they push you to your best, and make sure you’re doing all the movements the right way. Lift has and is making a big impact on me and my baseball carrier. I can’t wait to see the results of all the hard work this spring season.

My son started the LIFT program back at the beginning of November. His number one goal for the upcoming season was to get stronger. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the knowledge and commitment that the Clark brothers demonstrated. My son began attending classes twice a week and came home excited to share what he learned, and more confident than I had seen him. After a month, I agreed (after hours of him begging) to allow him attend four days a week. I almost immediately noticed even more of a difference with him, both physically and mentally. Shortly after, he attended one of the nutrition workshops that the brothers offered. He began being more mindful of the protein that he was getting and making even healthier eating choices. After two and a half months, he has gained twenty pounds, and his entire body changed. After attending a baseball showcase he was excited to see that he had gained ten miles an hour both on his exit velocity and arm speed. He had also gained more speed running. The Clark brothers are amazing and it clearly shows that they care about each individual player and help them reach their maximum potential. I am so thankful that my son has such strong, positive role models in his life and look forward to them helping my son grow both on and off the field.

I have known Tyler Clark for a few years now. Tyler was one of the hardest working ball players that I have ever come across. In addition, he might be one of the most genuine guys that I know. So it is no surprise that he and his brothers built something special at LIFT. These guys truly care about their clients and are meticulous in their sessions. I asked Tyler to help my son who had lost a ton of weight during COVID, and also seemed to be losing his “mojo” for baseball.
