Students thrive in a supportive, non-competitive, and empowering atmosphere. We offer a variety of developmentally appropriate class encouraging personal growth. Out studio is where all dancers are inspired to meet their full potential in a joyous and positive environment.

Lisa Matias Dance Center is a very special place. My daughter started there last fall when she was ten years old. She had very little experience with dancing and was in a class with girls who had been dancing for years. Under Lisa's instruction and care, she flowered into a graceful and accomplished dancer. She was never made to feel she wasn't as good as the other girls, and at the dance recital in June, no one could have picked her out as someone who was new to dance. I can't say enough positive things about this studio!!

Not only have I been with Lisa Matias Dance Centre as a student since she opened her doors 30 years ago, my children, siblings, nieces and nephews have and still take classes with her. The atmosphere in her studio is just amazing, and it rubs off on the students. They enjoy learning, in a fun loving environment and can't wait until their next class. The focus is enjoying you, and being comfortable about yourself, having fun and all while learning the art dance. I cannot imagine being anywhere else!!
