Iโve been doing the cardio kickboxing class for 6 months. I had no prior kickboxing experience, but the coaches have been amazing since day one. Very knowledgeable and experienced, patient and welcoming. Iโve always been more of a home gym person, but have been enjoying it so much I recently started doing the boot camp classes as well. All the members have been equally welcoming and friendly, and you can tell itโs a strong community that supports and pushes each other. The instructors offer lots of modifications in the classes to meet your own individual fitness level and push yourself to that next level. Drew and Tracey are awesome, and they bring strong energy to every single class that motivates and pushes us to give it our all.

I was a long standing member at this gym for six years plus. I moved a year ago and I really miss the workouts here. I get back in town periodically and I am always welcomed back to visit my โFull Circle Familyโ!! Tracy and Drew keep it fun and challenging.
I love how the daily 30 minute workout focuses on either upper body, lower body or a mix with cardio. The workouts always have modifications for those that have a health issue that may hinder a particular movement.

I have joined more fitness centers than I can remember (and rarely attended) but this is the first one I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable. Tracy, Drew and everyone Iโve met have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. The workouts are awesome, Tracy is great at making them sufficiently challenging for all levels, and lots of personal attention is given to everyone. She is a wealth of knowledge and I think I finally found a fitness routine I will stick with!

Iโve been a member for quite sometime. This is a friendly place with very committed coaches. The environment is fun and inviting. You donโt feel uncomfortable or out of place. The exercises are built so you can either challenge yourself or modify to meet your needs and fitness abilities. Itโs a community that truly becomes like family, fit family.
