I have been going to Max Fitness for four weeks now and could not be more impressed! Great atmosphere, awesome trainers, the owner is very involved and very supportive. The classes are high energy and you have a lot of fun. 45 min classes are very doable and the format changes every day so you do not get bored! They alternate between cardio and strength training. They focus on nutrition, too. The total package. I highly recommend this fitness experience. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.

My journey to the MAX Fitness & Wellness Center of South Windsor started back in April 2018. I would pass by the gym and watch the classes as it was right next to my hair salon. One Friday I stopped in and talked to the instructors and I signed up right then and there. Monday April 16, 2018 I started my first class and never looked back and it was the best decision of my life! I feel healthier, stronger and more confident in my entire life. I have made life long friendships and some people that I consider family and will be with me for the rest of my life! In 2020 when COVID hit, I remember we all joked that it was the end of the challenge and it would probably only be closed for a few days! When Kim found out we would be closed for longer she came through and by the next week all the instructors were doing virtual classes from their houses! They were amazing and kept us going for that year. I stumbled through that time because I was doing a workout every night alone in my basement. I liked the motivation that the instructors give and need that to keep me going. So as soon as Kim opened up again I was the first time sign up for a space! Now virtual is a regular thing and so many People use it and love it. It is great if you just can't get to the gym but can get online. I have never stuck with a gym, or workout program, for this long but I just LOVE IT! The instructors, the people, the workouts themselves...all amazing! The classes are always different. There are theme days, contests and alot more. I go to class 5 days a week plus the extra Saturday one! I never thought that I would WANT to go to the gym! I haven't missed a class in over a year and a half now and I thank my accountability partners for that! They don't miss, I don't miss! It also helps me get my mind off my crazy day and I get to have fun with my friends. I also LOVE the instructors...they are AWESOME!!! They push you and motivate you to do your best and try your hardest. I had two goals for this challenge and I hit them both. The first was increase my weights which I am doing and the other was to do the final plank every class up on my toes for the entire time and I hit them both! That's my story😊

I’m not a fan of exercising with a group, I received the post card and thought I could do this for ten weeks. At the end of my first ten weeks I signed up for a year, paid in full because it’s worth every penny! I love this place! The program of partnering up, high fives all help build friendships with in the class. Instead of just going to class, exercising and leaving without saying a word, your encouraged to connect the those around you. Adding to the enjoyment of working out. Everyone is at different fitness levels. You are not made to feel inadequate if you have limitations, only supported. Kim is a very devoted, hard working owner that leads by perfect example. The instructors.... well they are just plain fun! (I usually go to Duane or Reese’s class) It is so much more than working out, it is fun, support, encouragement and yes it is really family!

January 2024 I decided to reclaim my life and fitness needed to be a big part of that. I was fortunate enough to find MAX FITNESS CHALLENGE of South Windsor and I accepted the 10 week Winter Challenge. I did not know what to expect but I soon learned that it is a friendly, welcoming, non judgemental environment and that the workout is only a part of the focus. MAX FITNESS CHALLENGE develops your BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT. The class leaders are amazing people, constantly encouraging and building you up.The other MAXERS are equally exceptional. I personally lost 50 pounds and discontinued two medicines but the weight is not what it's all about. At MAX you learn about the value of non scale victories. I can breathe and move, I have a new wardrobe, I have better self-esteem and confidence! I had knee surgery in October of 2024 and had to miss 4 months, I could not wait to get back!
I have been back about 5 weeks now and I am back on track. If you follow the nutrition guidelines and show up every day this program works beyond your expectations.
MAX FITNESS CHALLENGE has been a big part of reclaiming my life, I am never going back!! Thank you soo much!✌🏻❤️💪💪

The Max has an amazing community of people that are passionate about health and wellness. I get so excited to come in and see new and familiar faces that genuinely care about each other. From strength training and cardio to kickboxing, there is so much variety in the workouts that it’s tough to get bored. The Max Challenge is such a great place to get healthy and fit! Their multi-pronged approach has proven very effective for me: fun cardio/strength/kickboxing classes 5-6 days/week (offered in-person or virtually) along with goalsetting and a nutrition plan that yields results. And I really love the "Challenge" approach that provides specific time-bound Challenges to work toward goals and keep me motivated. Every movement is scalable to my current ability, and it feels great to make progress every week and try harder versions of movements that I could not do when I started. I always look forward to seeing what fun my favorite instructor Heidi S has planned for us each day, along with all the other friendly, supporting members who make it like a family there. So happy I found the Max - it's my new happy place for 15 months and counting!

The Max Challenge has changed my life for the better! I am happier, healthier, and so much stronger! I have never stuck to any workout routine for more than 6 months and I am going on 3 years never missing a class 5 days a week! I am a busy mom of 3, work full time, and am a very busy person but keep showing up no matter what! It is a family there and the support you receive and the way you feel when you are there keeps you going! After a couple of very difficult years (getting laid off after 25 years at my job, unexpectedly losing my brother and best friend, having emergency surgery just to name a few) I was eating my sadness and stress. I had no energy and put on 30 lbs. I was so unhappy. I knew I needed to do something but didn’t know what. I saw the Max Challenge post and decided to give it a try. I was very hesitant, I felt I had let myself go too far and didn’t have high hopes for what 10 weeks would do for me. Boy was I wrong! The ten weeks I was dreading ended up flying by and the results were worth every drop of sweat!! Joining the Max Challenge literally turned my life around.
This program absolutely works if you do your part. The staff at Max most definitely do theirs and if you put in your side of the work you WILL be successful. The coaches and teachers and every staff member go above and beyond to make you not just feel welcome, but that you belong there. This is not a typical gym vibe - there’s no competition, it’s 150% supportive and everyone is your cheerleader My before and after photos do not truly show the positive changes I made. You can see the difference, yes, but you can’t see everything else I achieved. The confidence, the happiness, the better overall health that is there along with the loss of 20 lbs! I’m fortunate to have found this when I did, it has drastically improved my quality of life. Thank you to everyone at Max and looking forward to continued success! ❤️

Next month marks 7 years since I joined The Max Challenge. This is the longest I have belonged to a gym and consistently attended. But this isn’t your typical gym and that’s what I love about it. Choose from 8 different class times during the week - in person or live virtual - and bonus classes most Saturdays. Membership includes unlimited workouts as well as nutrition guidance (optional). I have made so many new friends - we have been to see a show, gone on hikes/walks, participated in Rugged Maniac together (which I would have never done before), etc. As I get older, I have experienced those aches and pains and am happy that The Max offers so many modifications for me. They have also added new equipment over the past year to help mix things up. Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed!

If you've been considering joining, I would say do not hesitate any longer! If someone told me a year ago that I would be someone who not only enjoys going to the gym, but even wakes up at 4 a.m to get the 5 a.m class- I NEVER would have believed you! Joining the Max has been life changing for me- every person that works there knows each client by their first name, everyone is greeted warmly and celebrated for coming in and working on themselves. The workouts are fun and push you to new strengths you didn't even know you'd be capable of. The physical changes you'll see are incredible but the mindset shifts and dopamine rush that follows are my favorite part. If you're ready to challenge yourself, change your mindset for the better, build and stick to healthy habits to ensure your success in a supportive group environment then look no further!

I love Max Challenge of South Windsor.
I personally don’t like Gym working out with machines and have never been to a Gym, may be a couple time and did cycling and treadmill.
But I mostly enjoy walking outside in the nature.
After my second delivery I was looking out for a workout place with an instructor and found Max.
I used to workout at home with heart healthy walk together videos on YouTube with my husband.
Max was ideal for me, I love all the instructors in Max but my personal favorite is Heidi and Kim both.
I would love to leave each a review.
I worked out mostly in Heidi’s class and I love her attention to details.
The plan she creates for each day and the variations that she adds on to the extra push that you are looking for , which adds to achieving the milestones you are looking at.
It is important to know the exercise and how it works on your muscle.
She works the plan to best suit each and everyone’s fitness goals/milestones.
She is very approachable and is committed to whatever she does.
She plays the right music for each day depending lower body , cardio or upper body etc.
The best part is she made me feel comfortable walking in her class and makes us feel free to try the exercises in your own pace and level.
You will be in love with the class and you would never want to miss it.
And you will never feel pressurized but Motivated instead.
Max for that matter gives you the flexibility to attend a different class if you missed one. The most flexible plan one can ever find.
She provides motivational quotes and thoughts for the mind and exercises for the body and music for the soul.
I love working out in Max for my fitness milestones and maximum transformation mentally, emotionally and physically.

So I joined The MAX Challenge of South Windsor last October and just finished my second 10 week challenge and I can honestly feel so proud of myself. I joined so I can become active again and get ahold of my life/health. But now I have discovered so much more that I’m capable to do and set higher goals to achieve! I’m sore but I feel great! If you’re like most people you don’t have hours on end to devote to fitness. At Max Challenge of South Windsor you get a complete, full body workout in just 45 minutes. Best of all, if you don’t have to time to drive to the center, each class can be done virtually or at your own convenience via a recorded session. The instructors are awesome, encouraging you every step of the way. I had some limitations this past session and the instructors made sure I got a complete workout without ever overdoing it. Heidi S always provided replacement exercises for me, encouraged me and made sure I followed the principal “You Do You”. Not only did she provide challenging workouts, she found so many ways for me to laugh and that in itself is a great motivational tool. In addition to classes, the Max provides nutrition and other motivational sessions. If you’re ready to make positive changes in your life and to become a better you then I highly recommend calling Kim at the Max Challenge of South Windsor.

I have been with Max Challenge for 7 months now and it has been an exciting journey. I was looking for a fitness class in my area, as mine was a pretty sedentary job and I didn't want it to take a toll on my health. I luckily found this place and the support, guidance and encouragement you receive from this place is immense. You see people of varied age groups and ethnicity and you'll be surprised to notice family like ambience between legacy members. I joined this Gym as Heidi made me feel comfortable on my first day to sign up, more like a friend she sat next next to and asked for my concern and she just suggested but I chose to join this place. I was training with Ty and Pam and both have been really great. You should see the amount of energy Ty brings into the class, it's always a 10 and not on a single day you could see him low. His guidance, motivation and food suggestions has helped each of us and the level of dedication at work has stood out at all times. This kind of ambience motivates you and brings in lots of energy into you even when you feel like not going to the class. The training is so clean and tailored for different workout levels. Just because it's a HIIT training you needn't fear, it'll be tailor made for you and you should also exercise caution based on your condition. Joining this class helped me both physically and mentally, I felt strong and it helped me move towards eating more healthy foods and gave me a good fitness routine. I really enjoyed my fitness journey and if you would like to experience the same, just give it a try. I highly recommend this place if you're South Windsor resident and it won't disappoint you.

I’ve been going to the MAX for almost 4 years. It is such a positive place for my physical fitness as well as my mental fitness. I enjoy all the classes, they are so different all the time and I never feel bored, the time goes by so fast during workouts. The instructors are so motivating and enthusiastic, they clearly love what they’re doing. They encourage and motivate you to do your best.

The Max is an awesome place to work out. Firstly they, have three levels of exercise so it not intimidating. This allows you to work up to the level that is comfortable for you. They also different days that work different body types, and two days of straight up Cardio. There are all types of clients, ranging from the very fit, to weekend warrior, to some new to the fitness world, and late middle age patrons, like myself, who just want to maintain fitness/lose weight/gain muscle. This program is designed to work for everyone, and you get out of it what you put into it. The hours are also very flexible, from early morning starting at 5am to the last class that starts at 7:30. It makes it difficult not to find a convenient time or excuse not to work out.
Secondly, the instructors are absolutely the best. They are kind, caring, always knowing exactly when to push you harder, and when the move is too difficult and requires patience with instruction. They work along side of you, and will be your biggest cheerleader. And when they see you pushing out of your comfort zone, they are very excited for you. I have never met a group of people who are so nice, and have your best interest as their priority. They are always available to answer any fitness need, including an easy to use meal, that is fully printed out.
Lastly, the group of people, who work-out at the Max are friendly and supportive. It is the best place I have ever been to that is successful with meeting my workout needs, while having fun! I can not say how positive of an experience it has been personally for me!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS over a year ago after rapidly gaining weight. I tried working out 5x/week and eating healthy but I just kept gaining. After feeling so discouraged I was hopeless. I saw an add for TheMax and I took a chance and signed up- and I am forever grateful that I did. I joined the 5 am group, and learned that they are the biggest support system that I could have asked for. We are all there for the same reason- not only to get into better shape but to fall in love with ourselves and life again. On top of that we have lots of laughs. My trainers April and Stacey make a point to make sure everyone is working to their most optimal potential, but also making necessary modifications needed. We are all different- I have struggled with vertigo for a long time and that can make working out challenging. I feel so supported by not only the people around me but also by my trainers. They take care of me so I can be the best I can be. I’ve had more energy, feeling myself starting to tone, and starting to feel like it is possible for me to be in a healthy body again. I am forever grateful for this program. If you are thinking of signing up- DO IT!!!! Just DO IT! You can thank me later lol!

Excellent program to loose excess weight or stay in shape! 45 minute daily sessions are a convenient way to stay healthy. Knowledgeable coaches and courteous staff guide you on diet, exercise and lifestyle. Periodic 10-week challenges that are reasonably priced are a great way to get started and try out their programs. I came back after a 4 year hiatus Aka “life happening” & Kim never gave up on me. I’d get a text at the beginning of a new challenge reminding me the door was always open. I walked back in to start this Fall Challenge. The energy & sense of community is still at 100%! All of the instructors are patient, friendly, & make you feel at home no matter what level you’re at in your workouts. There is a variety of exercise & a modification to fit your individual needs. The first day I walked in I was expecting oh It’ll just be something I do in the morning and it won’t be that fun. I’ve never been more happy to be wrong though, I believe my first day was kickboxing and I loved being able to just take my anger out while getting a workout. My experience at the max has been great. My experience with the max challenge has been life changing. I have been having the best experience of my life with my life coaches about nutrition, physical fitness. It’s been a great journey with the max. I don’t feel like I’m going to a gym. It feels like fun place to meet my workout buddies and have fun.I not only lost 22 lbs, I gained tons of knowledge about nutrition and gained confidence. My mental health has improved immensely. I joined The Max Challenge on January 9th. I’m midway through my second 10-week challenge. I needed the accountability and the comradery and I found both and so much more in The Max. I love that when I can’t make it into the gym, I am still able to “attend” virtually via Zoom and still feel connected and pushed to give 100%. I started going to The Max Challenge since Sept 2022 and it’s great! The workouts are awesome and the instructors are amazing! They are always there for questions about exercise, strength, stretching and nutrition. Basically anything! If you have any injuries, there are always modifications and you go at your pace. I joined the Max Challenge in 2018 after bilateral hip replacements in 2017. I wasn't sure how I'd do going to a "gym" - first of all, because I never really was a "gym person" and secondly, I wasn't sure how I'd do with my new hips. I called and spoke with Kim (the owner) and she reassured me that there was something for everyone, and adjustments could be made if any exercises were uncomfortable or undoable. I started by doing everything standing - no getting down on the mat for me. Fast forward to today, where I can do most everything on the mat!
The Max is so much more than belonging to a gym - it is truly like being part of a family. The instructors are awesome - they are encouraging, fun, and push us all to be our best. There are a lot of laughs, and also a lot of sweat and hard work that goes into every workout. I've made some amazing friends, and I look forward to my workouts each morning!

I love the whole experience at the Max Challenge South Windsor. I am not able to attend classes in person since I am 45 from the center but all of the tools are still available to me. I am able to take class daily through zoom or recordings depending on my schedule. If I have questions or problems I email and someone calls me back right away. I feel like I am as much a part of the Max family as those in center.

I travel the country full time in my RV and have been missing being a part of a gym and attending group classes. A friend of mine belongs to this gym and convinced me to give it a try. After 1 class with Heidi I was hooked but concerned that I wouldn’t always have a strong enough cell signal to be able to participate through Zoom. I signed up for a 10 week challenge to see how it would work out for me. I’m delighted to say that I’ve had no issues whatsoever and have recently signed up for a entire years program. The instructors welcome me everyday and always offer encouragement as well as constructive criticism on your form. I really feel like I’m part of the class. It also helps that I can see my friend on Zoom and this adds to my accountability factor which many of us needs. So happy that I found this gym and would highly recommend them. For me working out is good for my mental health as well as helping me to be able to live a active and healthy lifestyle.

I had just started peri menopause and was approaching my 55th birthday and found myself eating a very unhealthy diet. I seen my friend Dorri had great success with the Max challenge and looked happier and healthier, and I knew I wanted to feel and look that way too. Luckily for me the Max Challenge has numerous virtual classes daily that work around my schedule allowing me to attend since there isn’t a location in my area. Even though I already had two other memberships with a gym and a cycle studio, I wasn’t using either of them. But I find myself wanting to do the max every night. The group setting holds me accountable; the food plan is easy to follow especially with the max cookbook I ordered, and it turns out I love eating clean and healthy AND I still get a treat meal once a week. Feeling a part of a community of people working towards improving overall health even by participating online really helps with staying on track. I am halfway through the program and halfway to my goal. I look better on the outside and already feel better on the inside. I can’t wait to see what results I will see not only in the next five weeks but in the months and years to come. The daily workouts specifically combined with a daily food plan is a game changer for me, it takes the guesswork out of what I should be eating and what body part I should be exercising. They lay it out all for me. It was Life changing! Kim and her team are truly amazing!!

I had always been intimidated by gym classes especially due to limited range of motion in my shoulder. A friend mentioned The Max to me, but they are in CT? I called anyway and so happy I did! They have a VIRTUAL OPTION which I take part in being in MA. At least 3 levels for every exercise, coaches that take the time to get to know you personally and work you through the program as is appropriate for you, nutrition plan, and such a support community (even virtually!!) Progress not perfection.... You do You. Since joining, I have full range of motion in my shoulder (1st time in about 20 years), I have lost 20 lbs, 2 sizes, and am loving The Max In South Windsor. In the spring of 2021 I signed up for the 10-Week Max Challenge after talking with a friend who was doing it and loving it. After really having to push myself to go to my first class I was so glad I did. I immediately felt comfortable and that this was something I could do. The instructors and people attending were so great and encouraging. Never once do you feel self-conscious or that you aren't doing enough. The amazing thing about the classes is the instructors always show you 3 levels for every exercise so you can choose the level that works for you - so if you look around everyone is doing what works for them. Having had multiple injuries from my back to my hips I was always worried about reinjuring myself and afraid to really push myself - never once did that happen. The nutrition plan was easy to follow and in the end I was so happy with my results and felt great and decided, hey I can do this on my own. Well, three weeks into going back to a regular gym again I re-injured my back. Fast forward a year later and I gained back all the weight I had lost and was feeling terrible, tired and run down. I tried to start up at the regular gym multiple times and each time hurting myself so I decided to sign up for another challenge. Here I am, 9 weeks into this one and feeling great again and am hoping to stay on as a Legacy member. If you are looking for somewhere to push you to be the best YOU, this is the place! I would recommend it to anyone, no matter what fitness level you are.

The Max Challenge is life changing. When I joined almost 3 years ago I was recovering from several broken bones including a compression fracture to my spine. The thought of a sit up was scary. All exercises are modified for your successful participation and movement. My first real sit up came after about 3 months and now I can do as many as I want. Because virtual and in person classes are offered, along with recorded classes, daily participation is doable. Max members are a special breed; friendly, motivating and generous. The owner, Kim and the instructors create an atmosphere of concern, caring and acceptance which is contagious! My blood work is almost perfect. I am strong, fit and part of an amazing community. I have tried multiple gyms and programs over the years and came upon this one back in April. I saw the 10 week challenge and told myself I can do anything for 10 weeks. I loved it so much I am now almost 6 months in. The food program is easy to follow. The staff is amazing. I especially like the group classes. They people there have turned into my morning Max family and everyone there seems to be there for the same reason "to get healthy." there are so many different times and options available to take the classes, there is no excuse not to get it done. And no class is the same. you are constantly challenging your body and muscles in different ways. I could barely walk 2 miles when I first joined due to aches and pains and now after working out there and getting stronger I am walking in the half marathon in October. One of the better decisions I have made to join this gym.

I have to say that I wish I would have found this place sooner.. but I'm there now. This is a fitness class. It starts on time and ends on time..every class! It has all levels at every class and you do what works for you. The instructors and staff are simply amazing. It is a personal experience like no other. The positivity and motivation to be the best you can at where you are at just makes me go back everyday. I would recommend for anyone at any fitness level. The strength you gain mentally and physically makes you want to go back. The 10 week challenge is one thing.. but if you finish it and stay it's a lifestyle. I can’t say enough good things about the Max Challenge South Windsor. When I first joined I was scared (and maybe even cried) but from day 1 I felt welcomed. It was not intimidating at all, the trainers have all been wonderful as well as the owner. All workouts are modified to my level and I get a push when I need it. No two workouts are ever the same so it’s never boring. They offer many classes a day as well as zoom and recorded classes making it easy to fit into my schedule. I always leave feeling good about the workout I had (and also very sweaty!). The gym is always clean and there is enough room for everyone! I highly recommend The Max Challenge of South Windsor.

I joined The Max Challenge on January 8,2021. Little did I know how much my life would change. I learned about The Max through Facebook, a friend of mine was always posting her check ins and showing off her progress. One morning she posted about finishing a challenge and showed her results. She looked so happy and amazing. Right there I knew I needed more information so I messaged the page and Kim responded immediately! After about a 30 minute phone call I was signed up for the Winter Challenge! Having 3 kids at home during a pandemic while my husband worked made it hard to be in center BUT here's the best part you are able to join virtually!! The instructors and members make you feel like you are there! The instructors check in on you during the class to make sure you're doing the workouts correctly and they are available if you have questions! The nutrition plan by The Max is great and not too hard to follow. Staff is so knowledgeable and help you to make the right choices for you. If your having a hard time with ANYTHING someone staff or member is there for you. The Max isn't just a fitness center you join... it's a FAMILY you gain. After the Winter Challenge I made Finalist and I felt amazing! All my hard worked paid off but I wasn't done. I made the choice to become a Legacy Member and I'm so glad I did. My journey isn't over and I can't wait until my 1 year anniversary to see how far I have come. If you're looking for a change, a new way to get to your goals The Max is where it's at!! I'm a Maxer for life and I'm not going back!

It is hard to believe I am about to hit my 2 year milestone at the Max Challenge! In May of 2018 a friend and I joined a 5 week challenge to help prepare for her summer wedding and I’ve been committed ever since! I have always been an active gym participant but have never enjoyed the experience as much as I have since joining The Max! Not only am I the strongest I’ve ever been but I have the endurance and stamina to keep up with my two young children on a daily basis! Starting my day at the Max (in person or virtually) has become a very important part of my daily routine and if I cannot make it for whatever reason- I truly miss it (the exercise and the people). On top of my experience in the center- the virtual class experience over the last 10 weeks has been amazing and I truly believe it has helped me to keep a positive outlook on our current situation! In past I have tried many different workout places but nothing like ❤️MAX Challenge ❤️ Fantastic energetic all instructors with full of motivation, courage, and super guidance. Online virtual classes give me more options to workout daily about 4-5 classes per day accommodation with other Max challenge locations. Not only that addition to workout there are Core workout, Coaching clinics, Form clinics, Mindfulness walks, Saturday national workouts, last but not least yoga and stretch classes are one my favorite and many more options virtually.... You workout at your own level. No judgment! Live class make me feel like I am at physically at the center. I personally cannot say enough good things about my virtual experience with the Max Challenge of South Windsor! In my opinion, the owner has made it the best possible experience for all of the members. There are three Zoom live classes per weekday plus you have access to all of the weekly recorded classes if you aren’t able to attend live. During the live classes, you are interacting with your regular instructor and working out virtually with your fellow Maxers. There are so many extra things that you can take advantage of such as Saturday national workouts, coaching clinics, centering sessions, mindfulness walks, form clinics, virtual yoga and stretch classes, motivational speakers and the list goes on. At the heart of The Max Challenge is a great workout, knowledgeable instructors, a supportive community and a nutrition plan to help you meet your goals. I’ve been a member for almost a year and absolutely love everything about it. When we were working out at the facility I met so many people and now consider them family. There is nutritional support if you want to add that to your workout. They motivate you and get to know you. Kim the owner is absolutely phenomenal. She is supportive, energetic, generous, kind, helpful, resourceful, hardworking, adaptable, ambitious and passionate. I could go on and on. All the staff members are there for anything you need. But one of my favorite things about The Max is that there is no judgment. You workout at your own level. I was a couch potato that hadn’t worked out in several years. After taking one class, I was hooked and in this past year have only missed about 8 days. I even plan my vacations around missing as few classes as possible. The virtual zoom transition has been smooth. I like taking the live classes to have motivation of working out with others and just knowing others can see you. It also helps that the instructors call you by name and help with your form. The Max is like no other class or gym I have ever worked out at. I plan on being a lifetime member and am so proud to be part of such an amazing group.

I am a member and love the experience! The staff and members are all friendly, accommodating and nonjudgmental! Wow, what a way to work out and move forward with my transformation experience. They also have classes on nutrition! My doctor is thrilled with my results. In addition, they were the first workout gym to go virtual during this pandemic! Love my virtual classes!!! Way to go! Max is not just a workout place sooner it becomes a family and part of your routine once you fall in love with the workouts. The key factor which were outstanding for me was the energy among each Maxers how is this possible obviously because of the Trainers with their unique formation of workouts. On a Usual day workouts has the mixture of all levels like beginner, intermediate and advanced while the trainer gives you all the options based on the understanding level your body is capable of can pick up any level to do particular movement. They are bringing new challenging formats which I am truly loving it a lot these days. Although I joined in Jan 2020 they have completed grabbed attention of fitness enthusiasts like me. Thank you MAX Challenge for giving this great set of workouts.

I have been member of other gyms on and off. But what Max challenge brings to you no one else has. The accountability. The feeling of belongingness. No judgment. I actually push my self to attend the sessions. All the instructors motivate you. Exercise always felt like a chore but not with max. Kim at max is working on bringing the community together and gives back so much to the community. Just love it.

The energy of the Kim, the instructors and the other members is so high you feel it the minute you walk in the door. Who knew exercize could actually be fun. The time goes quick and you want to come back. Having modifications for every single exercize is great also. I'm on week 4 and see small differences. Have decided to keep going with The MAX at the end of the 10 week challenge. So glad I finally took that step in the door.

I love everything about the Max, but most of all is the spirit of comraderie. You are in there pushing yourself, and it's hard, but because your fellow Maxers are right along side of you pushing themselves as well, it truly doesn't seem as bad. I was just noticing during today's tough lower body workout how many people were smiling, myself included. That is not something I have found at any other gym. The high fives and encouragement really make the work seem easier and make the time go by faster.

This is not just any "fitness program." This place has dedicated, caring and knowledgeable staff to assist you in any phase. Kim, the owner and her staff, genuinely want you to succeed in whatever you set out to do. They offer classes for every level five days a week. There is also a member empowerment group that meets twice/week and often community functions that you could partake in. There is nutritional counseling that they will customize to fit your needs/ lifestyle. Workouts are challenging and fun. It's life changing and I cannot recommend enough!

The sense of belonging from day one is incredible. We are all working towards similar goals for healthy lifestyle changes and are at different points in that journey. We are accepting of all members and offer friendship, encouragement, support, and of course fun! The instructors are real people who really enjoy teaching and the entire staff is great.
