Welcome to MDLFit! My name is Melanie and I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. I am ISSA certified personal trainer, Crossfit Level 1 certified. I have 11 years experience in fitness.
I am a crossfit coach along with a personal trainer, and I love helping others reach their goals. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, gain muscle, or enhance athletic performance, my tailored workouts and nutrition advice will get you where you need to be.
