Michael is the best! I had knee trouble and had a shot 2 years ago, expecting to need it every 3 months. I take the Silver Sneakers class twice a week and have not needed any treatment for my knee since. Training works if you do it and have a great trainer!

I have been going to ML Fitness's Silver Sneaker classes for over a year now (4-5 days/week). My satisfaction for the gym has not changed at all since my last review. If I could give them 6+ stars...I would!

It is not only a pleasant environment, with a wonderful group of trainers, but it's so encouraging to be working out with like minded folks who are pursuing fitness as a lifestyle.

Mike, the main Silver Sneaker trainer keeps the classes challenging, very interesting, and is encouraging no matter what level you are. His passion for fitness is an inspiration as well as contagious. He's a great coach!!!

ML Fitness can help you achieve your goals with structured classes, open gym time, or personal training opportunities! There's no time like the present to shake up your existing exercise regimen or begin the pursuit toward better health, fitness, and join the team.

Everyone here at ML Fitness is fantastic! I’ve been training here consistently for a year and a half now, and I have made huge progress in reaching my fitness goals. Great gym with friendly and knowledgeable trainers.

I was staying in Manchester for a month and looking for a gym to train in. Kurt and the other trainers were responsive and helpful and I was signed up quickly and ready to go. Everyone was very welcoming and I ended up using the gym significantly more than I had expected I would. I'd very much recommend ML fitness to anyone wanting a gym to train at long-term or just for limited periods. I'll be back when I'm in Manchester again.

I have completed all the group lesson classes. DJ Jackman runs the 2 morning group classes. When taking his class I feel confident that he will monitor me throughout the class to make sure I am completing the exercise correctly. He keeps the classes moving and DJ really enjoys what he does.
Joan Aviles Cruz runs the late afternoon classes, and 2 classes on Saturday morning. Joan also monitors everyone throughout the class to ensure correct form is utilized. Joan will also modify exercise on the spot if a particular assigned exercise is not a good match for that person. Joan will also modify a movement according to a persons trainer. Classes are a lot of fun at MLFITNESS. It’s a great way to begin or end your day.

My husband and I were looking for a new gym after having spent years as members of a big box gym. After only a few visits and one class, I can say we think this is a great fit! Small classes, individual attention, and no muscle bound hulks admiring themselves in the mirror. Very welcoming and the assessment wasn't all about trying to sell us supplements. Almost didn't want to post this because I don't want too many others discovering this hidden gem!

This is my new gym and I love it! The staff there is terrific. Sometimes I forget my card to scan in and they take the time to sign me in. Their rates right now are $70 per month for unlimited use and $100 per month for unlimited use with personal training. They also offer other rates. This place is not busy when I go so all the equipment is available to use. And I love their digital indoor cycling. Basically it's a spin class on tv! I've had the room of 7 bikes to myself every time I've gone so far. If you live in the area and are looking for a gym, check this place out.

ML ZFitness is not simply a facility with mant pieces of equipment for whatever use a client wants it for. Everyclient is assigned a personal trainer who works with you to determine the best activity for you and the trainers are fully trained for that purpose. My own trainer is not only certified but has college degree inthis field.

I enjoyed my time at ML Fitness! I worked with Jon who was very friendly and motivating. I learned to eat better and more often, I was introduced to protein shakes which I still use, and I learned the proper way to do various exercises. I enjoyed the classes too! The staff is helpful and friendly. My time at ML Fitness was beneficial to me on my journey to get stronger and healthier.
