I’ve been training with David for a little over a year and can honestly say I’ve undergone a great transformation. The workouts are fantastic and have given me incredible strength not only physically, but mentally as well. I highly recommend giving Motivational Fitness a try - not only are the sessions gratifying, but David is very accommodating and can help you find time in your schedule to get in a great workout!

I have been doing conditioning with David for about a month and I enjoy his combination of cardio, strength and boxing in our sessions. I am training for the Austin, TX marathon in February and believe David’s conditioning workouts are improving my endurance, strength and speed. I’ve worked with several trainers over the last 10-15 years. Dave is the best! Every workout is very different and planned out well in advance so we make the best use of our time. He’s flexible in his approach to help me meet my goals, whether it was agility and flexibility, strength training, or even learning to box. Mixing in the boxing just a bit has been a nice addition to the training. You definitely don’t need to want to learn to box though. I highly recommend him.

I was introduced to David a year+ ago. I have been a long time runner but realized that I needed to work on and strengthen other areas of my body...particularly the core. I signed on with David, initially for ad-hoc sessions. Almost immediately I saw a transformation in my fitness and body unfolding. David evaluated what I needed to work on and developed a plan. Every session I have been with him since then....1 hour 2 or 3 times a week...has been uniquely designed for me. No session has been the same.
