Get strong at MSA! I stopped working out at a gym a few years ago after my gym moved. The thought of joining another gym was intimidating and to be honest, the thought of using machines... boring. About a year ago, my neighbor introduced me to Multisports Academy in Hamden and I love it! The classes are always different so you never get bored or stuck in a dull routine. Classes are small so you get personal attention. Dawn is an exceptional master teacher/trainer and designs balanced and challenging classes that give you a total body workout. All of the instructors, trainers and people that I have encountered at MSA are wonderful. I highly recommend MSA if you are looking for quality workouts in a personable atmosphere.

Dawn and Clay run a pretty fantastic business. They focus on the whole person rather than the marginal fitness gains you see at most gyms. You come to MSA looking for some fitness help and you stay because itβs like family.
