Iโve worked with other trainers but never had anyone work my body like Tia Murray does. The 30 min workout is intense but she keeps you motivated and every one is a team there. I have seen immediate changes to my body of the course of a few months...classes are tailored towards what your need and there is never any pressure to do more than what your body can do but eventually you'll get there.
