I can’t say enough about how awesome it is here. I am new at this and can’t always get to as many classes as i would like. But the ones i do I absolutely love! Now having on demand classes is going to help that much more! If you haven’t check it out yet, now is the time!

This yoga studio is a gem. The atmosphere is calming, the space is clean and inviting, and the instructors are both skilled and genuinely supportive. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, the classes offer the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. I’ve felt stronger, more centered, and less stressed since joining. There’s a real sense of community here—no ego, just good energy. Highly recommended!

I am just wrapping up my 3-week trial, and I love this studio! I have practiced at a dozen different studios, and this is one of my all-time favorites; the range of instructors is great; they each have a unique style but are all very encouraging, promote inclusion, and allow each person to focus on their practice and what they need each time they meet the mat. The relaxing yoga in the evening has helped me sleep and feel better too!

I just attended a small group relaxation session at Nourished Roots Yoga and I will say I was very impressed. I have never done yoga or any kind of relaxation that was guided. I read the description of the class and thought I check all the boxes. Im stressed, overwhelmed, physically tense, and definitely burnt out. I had the impression going in that I would feel relaxed coming out of the class. Like that was nice. Not the case, I felt a whole body relaxation. I was definitely aware that I was holding onto stress and I could feel it in my shoulders. What I didn't realize was what it feels like to actually let go of the whole body stress that I wasn't aware of having. I will definitely do this again. Stephanie has opened my eyes to an empowering feeling that I can help myself and I will be checking out what else they have to offer. I would like to say thank you.

The combination of aromatherapy and the assisted stretching along with a deeper breathing practice, allowed me to stay lost in the present moment and shut the hustle and bustle out of my mind. When the session was over I found I was deeply relaxed and remained that way for the rest of the day.

I took the private relaxation class with Stephanie and it was wonderful! I highly recommend your consideration in taking this class if you have stress, tension, and stiffness. She does a great job with relaxation techniques and stretching and including sound relaxation!

Yoga at Longview is the best! I relax have a cider and then just literally go with the flow! The practice is relaxing and allows me to slow down and enjoy myself. I wish I lived closer to the studio go go regularly.

I love that Nourished Roots offers a variety of yoga classes throughout the day, making it easy to attend with my schedule. Each teacher and class I’ve attended have been wonderful so far. I also had a Relaxation session with Steph and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I felt the stress and tension in my body melt away with each gentle movement. I felt extremely relaxed and peaceful when I left and that feeling stayed with me for days. I will definitely be signing up for another session.

🌸✨I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years in elite studios all around the world with special teachers- and I was pleasantly surprised with my positive experience here as a new guest today. Let me start by saying that it is wonderful to look at my schedule each week and see that I have a scheduled class at Nourished Roots Yoga to end my days because they have such a variety in classes and times. I have always loved yoga, but I have not been able to get back to it for 20 years, until now. Health issues prevented me from engaging in this practice, and for a long time, I feared I would not be able to engage in class activity. That is, until I pushed myself to try. I love the instructors at Nourished Roots Yoga because they all give modifications and multiple options for practice, which helps me become stronger every day. I have not once felt embarrassed or uncomfortable because my body will not cooperate with what my brain wants to do. Which is to try everything! Not only are the instructors very knowledgeable and very kind, but they all are available for any questions I have about my practice.
The space is a perfect setting for ensuring a great class size, not too big and not too small. It’s also wonderful to meet new people there who have the same goals and similar stories. NRY is a wonderful studio that offers so much. Stephanie was very helpful in helping me find the right package for signing up for class registration. Truth be told, I have to buy the best package because I attend 3 to 4 times each week.
If you have ever wondered whether or not yoga can help you, I strongly encourage everyone to give it a try. You will be surprised at what you can do and how much better you feel after only one visit!

I’ve practiced at dozens of studios in the last 20 years, and I’ve never felt more at home than I do at Nourished Roots. The energy is calm and inviting, the space is beautifully curated, and Steph goes above and beyond to make sure every student feels welcome. I’ve been taking her Steady Roots chakra series and it is exactly what my mind, body, and spirit need right now. Plus free tea and snacks.. Highly recommend!

The studio was initially a good find. In time I felt the energy was heavy; the kind of feeling that is not supportive of the mindset of yoga, self care or living with intention. The primary feeling is about money rather than client relationships and satisfaction. However, Becca definitely meets all the criteria one would hope for in a yoga practice instructor.

Nourished Roots has been the best thing for me and my health.
The classes and instructors are the best! I started with one day a week to see if I was able to handle the class and now have progressed to 3-4 times a week and feel so much more flexible with so much less back and hip pain. The movements are simple yet effective.
The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, yet, invigorating and calming at the same time.

Stephanie @ NRY is an absolute gem! She designed a 2 wk program for my group of 10 high school adolescents & it was incredible. She was the perfect balance of fun, patient, nurturing & kindness. I've been a member of NRY for almost a year and I love this studio!! I attend various classes on a weekly basis and all the teachers are so knowledgeable and caring. I attended the Candlelit Soul Flow and Live Instrumentals last night. What an incredible experience of soothing sounds, gentle but strengthening movement, and healing if the mind and body. I instantly felt at home in this beautiful safe space! I had the honor of enjoying a class that combined sound healing with restorative yoga poses. It was perfect, especially because my body was craving morphing into a blanket burrito to avoid the pre-Thanksgiving stress. This was exactly what my mind & body wanted on a Friday night! I took an empowered flow class with Stephanie and it was exactly what I needed that day. Stephanie was authentic with her teaching and made me feel very at home in her studio, as if I didn’t need to be perfect and that’s beyond important to me, it was the perfect mix of relaxation at the end with the eucalyptus towel, but empowering moves along the way for a bit of challenge. If you’re looking to uplift your morning I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this yoga studio. Everyone I have met has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have never once felt like someone judged me if I wasn’t as good at a certain pose, wasn’t super skinny, or wasn’t wearing the cutest yoga outfit. The instructors are all knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help anyone. Classes are instructed in a way so each person can choose what’s best for them on that day no matter their mental struggles or injuries without feeling like they are less than anyone else in the room. I love the mix of gentle classes for those nights I’m exhausted, all levels flow during the week to empower me to keep going, and heated flow on the weekends when I have more energy. It’s a perfect mix of meditation and exercise. I personally feel like I have found it much easier to maintain a positive mindset and positive image of myself since beginning classes. To top it off the studio is clean, smells good, and is beautifully decorated. Any person would enjoy a class here!

An absolute hidden gem! The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. They offer a great variety of yoga classes, so there’s always something new to try. And something for everyone regardless of your level. One of my favorite touches is the complimentary hot tea available before class—such a peaceful way to start. There is also a convenient spot to store your yoga mat if you purchase one of the monthly packages. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a welcoming, rejuvenating experience! love Stephanie’s yoga class (and her). I’d been trying to find a class in thomaston & am so glad I found her. Its different each week, giving us more to look forward to. I privately live with a chronic pain condition, making most physical activity impossible but Stephanie always offers multiple pose options, making yoga an option for me again. I feel like this gives everyone the choice to practice at their level. If I have to sit out on a pose, she’s never once made me feel embarrassed or pushed, like I’ve experienced in other classes. I rely on her classes and would suggest it to anyone curious in trying it out!

Stephanie provided a grounding yoga practice the morning of my wedding.
