Oakwood Sports Center has been serving the State of Connecticut since 1988. Offering multiple sport playing services such as Basketball courts, Soccer fields, Volleyball courts, Lacrosse, Pickleball, Futsal and many more options for fun as well as competitive sport engagement for all age groups children, adults and seniors. Various open play opportunities as well as Adult leagues to gone as an add on or put your own team to compete seasonally against teams for all over the new England area right here in our facility.

Came here for the free and lame homeshow. Had no idea such a place existed. I only know what I say by what I think I saw.. It's an indoor soccer field with attached hangout area, pro shop, and I assume for the parents waiting on kids(?) is a bar of some sort (or at least I noticed pitchers of beer). Really cool place for those who are into local soccer β½οΈ

I recently had my 7 year olds birthday party at this facility a few weeks back on a Sunday. I put a $50 deposit down at the time I booked the party and paid the remainder ($150) the day of the party. I received a call the week after the party asking if I paid the balance which I explained I gave my card to a young girl that day. The calls, emails and accusations of not paying for my sons party have gone on for almost a full month now. I have showed twice a picture from my checking of the post with. Payment and I continue to get accused of not paying, which has literally become harassment. All over my sons birthday. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen or dealt with. I do not at all recommend dealing with these people of holding your childβs party here. They are unprofessional, extremely unorganized, accusatory and unapologetic for their inappropriate behavior to a paying customer. Run the other way.

The facility is pretty good, there is a small bump on field 2 right now that is definitely going to cause an injury. (It's new in the past two months.) The leagues are fun, but pay attention to your schedule, sometimes they put you on another night. The bar has some good beers on draft in addition to some typical domestics. Friends abound throughout the facility.

Great center if you want your kid to play against lesser teams in small town tournaments to guarantee they win but learn absolutely nothing. Perfect for parents who hate to see their kid lose but donβt care if they gain anything in their skill sets or learn sportsmanship. Kudos to the center allowing their coaches to lie about their premier level to enter into classic tournaments against silver teams.

Decent facility for kids and adults to play soccer as long as you're fine playing wall-ball. They don't have out lines, the game continues until a team scores. They organize leagues and rent fields out for pickup. Reasonably priced.

This place serves typical sports venue fast food but IT HAS A BAR THAT OVERLOOKS A FIELD!! That's just one aspect of this great indoor venue. There are apparel as well as equipment items for sale and it's not cheesy stuff. The fields are in great condition though they look a bit spartan if you consider the entire physical environment. Elevated viewing over each field is great and you can get field-side as well. Bench area could be better and I dare say the lighting could be more consistent (some fields are darker than others). All-in-all, a great facility for youth and adults alike.

go here if you want them to force your left footed child to be right footed. They literally position left footers on the right side so they are forced to use right foot. Also they have plenty of bots with nice random name generation. They would be 1 star if it weren't for the bots that they use to review bot.

An excellent club for player development. Great coaches and development philosophy, which translates into highly skilled, technical, possession-style soccer. Currently the only US Development Academy club for girls in Connecticut. I highly recommend it.

It has been a long time since I had visited Oakwood and things seem the same. Very accommodating however the shop hours a not very conviniant. The fields are well kept. In my old age, its nice to get out and be active. They have man's and coed leauges. I look forward to the next visit.
