The staff at OTF Norwalk are the best! Noah the front desk associate always brings a happy smile and welcoming attitude. He also has the best questions to vote on in the morning-today’s was favorite Thanksgiving side dish. Kristen and Annalise are also great coaches. They encourage members to push themselves, but also to know our limits. They always make exercise modifications, and are so encouraging! Highly recommend this OTF studio.

This is the best fitness gym I have ever been to. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, facilities are always clean, and the community is always supportive and wanting to have you do your best. My first visit I was greeted by a person behind the desk named Cathy Who walked me through the whole process of becoming a member before I did my first intro class and she definitely listened to all of my thoughts and concerns and after my first intro class, I signed up immediately with the coach who was teaching that day. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great gym to join. Definitely recommend this place and ask for Cathy if you can behind the desk.

I've been a member since 2016, the workout is great but this studio makes rules and doesn't enforce them. Cellphones are supposedly not allowed in the studio, yet twice in one week I've had the person next to me scrolling during the workout. It's distracting and annoying and rude to the other members. Enforce the rules you put in place, especially when notified about non compliance.

I have been wanting to get back into a fitness routine since I had my 2nd child, but I hadn’t been able to stick with anything. I joined OTF Norwalk in January 2023 to add more cardio into my routine. Since then, I’ve made massive strides in my aerobic fitness. When I first started, I really had trouble running for more than a couple minutes straight. Now I can run the entire tread part of class.

Kristin, Ben, and Elana are amazingly kind and professional and they all know me, my goals, and my limitations well.

Front desk staff is always kind and fun, though it seems turnover there is pretty high. That’s pretty normal for any gym though.

Overall I’ve had a lot of fun challenging myself since joining, and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to participate in group fitness.

Warm welcome super early in the morning is always a great start. After a great workout clean shower is available well provided with soap, shampoo, conditioner and deodorant which is to me is super helpful. I was originally just "tagging along" with my wife for the free introductory class, but by the end of it I was sucked in. The feeling of accomplishment and mood boost I felt at the end of the hour was something of which I needed more. My dumbbell game had grown stale, but every day at OT there seems to be another stunningly simple set of dumbbell exercises I've never heard of before. The workouts are challenging but doable, especially with an excellent staff keeping you moving with music and great words of inspiration. Some classes are more intense than others but there is never pressure or judgement and you can work at a pace that's best for you. Try it and you won't regret it.

The staff, both at the front desk AND the instructors at OTF Norwalk are amazing! I was very nervous to go to a gym as i am a little older and out of shape. From the second I walked in the door, they were welcoming and encouraging. The other members were also very friendly. Every workout is different and, while it is set up as a group workout, there are plenty of ways to individualize the workout to match your furness level and goals. The app, let's you easily sign up for and/or change classes, as well as track your personal progress. I have never thought that going to the gym would be a fun experience, but it truly is at OTF Norwalk!

The Orange Theory workouts and community has truly bright my fitness to a new level. The cardio and strength components make this workout dynamic and effective. You are In and out in one hour, mixing treadmill, rower, and strength work with dumbbells, bosu balls, bands,benches, medicine balls and more. Every day is different and all the coaches are upbeat and play fun music. I love that you can track your heartrate and progress using heart rate monitors and the app that keeps track of your personal achievements. I’ve made so many friends there, too. The thing I love most is that everyone is doing their own thing, working at their own pace. In a lot of group classes or even working out by yourself it feels like you get called out or the spot light is on you but it’s not like that in Orangetheory. I feel very comfortable there. I’m a premier member from Illinois and was traveling for work. I didn’t realize our agenda had us starting later in the morning so decided to sneak in an early morning class with my manager. I didn’t travel with my armband and it was our first time visiting this studio. The front desk staff was super efficient, friendly and kind. I joined after hearing a coworker rave about how great OTF is. I’m overweight and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but the staff and other members are so incredibly supportive. I love that I can monitor my heart rate and push myself knowing that my heart won’t explode. I also LOVE challenging myself to earn more splat points than the last class. I can see such a difference in my endurance already. I couldn’t love this workout more!!!

This place is honestly like no other gym I've ever been too. The entire staff is AMAZING, the programs are super intense but doable, and you get a partner so you're not dying alone! I showed up for my first session about 25 mins early. After waiting for my turn for about 10 mins I was told that I was 10 mins late and should call back to reschedule. Not a professional way of treating a potential new member. Not sure I want to reschedule and go back.

I just love this workout. This is only my second week. I went 4 times last week and I had such a wonderful feeling of well-being and clarity. And I have already lost 2 pounds which is pretty awesome! The science behind the workout is sound and I love that we wear blood flow/heart rate monitors so we know exactly how our body is responding. Great environment! Helpful and friendly staff! Skilled and motivating trainers! I don't normally write online reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one.

I love the diversity in the work out at orange theory. The class is always different and the movement between stations keeps things fresh and provides short breaks when needed. The interval concept is perfect for me. I also like the ability to monitor my progress in real time. Great workout.

I thoroughly enjoy all of my Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) workouts. When I learned that OTF would be opening in Norwalk I was thrilled, as I had always wanted to try their classes. I joined without having ever done a class.
I love that every class is different. You get a total body workout which is a great mix of cardio and strength. The coaches have great enthusiasm and seem to really enjoy what they do.
I recommend OTF to anyone looking to change up their exercise routine.

I have been going to Orangetheory consistently 4-6 times a week since they opened in April. It's so nice to have such a high quality place to work out so close to home. The instructors are great and really take the time to get to know you and help you improve. The parking lot can be a little tricky with so many people coming and going at once, but if you give yourself a few extra minutes, there should be no issue.
