I appreciate the opportunity to be working out from home. Emerson has adjusted the workout routine to make it easy for me to stay in shape while stuck at home. There are lots of exercises one can do using just the body weight.

I realized this year that I needed to get myself back on track as far as my fitness was concerned. I choose Physical gym because I found them to be extremely professional in their approach and they fit my needs for what I was looking for. My sessions with Emerson were really fun and exciting. I was happy to come to every session. Plus he knows how to motivate me, he made each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. Nothing but positive things to say. Excellent place to Workout and Emerson is an exceptional trainer. I had workout for a number of years (5+) prior to joining the Physical Gym and feel my game has improved vastly under Emmerson tutelage.

I love it.
The trainer is awsome and know what he is doing. He listens to our needs and concerns and adjusts the training accordinly.

He is amazing, this is my second week with him and I feel energized! Emerson will kick your butt every time he trains you BUT you donβt feel sore the next day. Itβs amazing! He offers so many fitness options and works with your schedule. If you are looking for that sexy body or just want to be able to carry groceries up the stairs without feeling like you ran a marathon. He is your guy!!
