If you love to dance , sweat, and smile the entire hour ... this is the place to be! All of the instructors are great and bring a little something different to each class! The energy and vibe you get after just one class will have you addicted, that’s all it took for me and that was 2 years ago!!!! Just check it out one time ! I dare you!

I have been going to Zumba for alittle over 3 years now Paula and the rest of the instructors have a way to make our classes fun and enjoyable. They truly put a smile on your face and in your heart every time you are there.

PJ’s Z Factory is a fantastic place to go and get a great workout, while having a blast. It feels like going to a party. The instructors are all so welcoming and the the people who attend are so nice. I have met some really great friends there, which is also a plus, because it keeps me coming back for more!
