I come here daily, and the only complaint, which is a big one, is that the shower areas are never cleaned. There was the same gum and hair there for over two weeks. The floors are never cleaned either. I have to use clorox wipes before I set my things down and they are always super dirty. Its disappointing because we pay to use the facility, it should be cleaned and its not. The shower curtains are dirty too.

This was my first time at this location.

The employees were friendly and most of the areas such as the men's bathroom and locker room were clean.

For some reason...most of the equipment was dedicated to cardio and there were not as many machines as there are in other branches.

The massage chairs were of the newer variety, but one of them had a control panel that was hidden deep inside the unit. When the (helpful) employee pushed it out, the wire was separated from the control pad.

I did like that this location parters up with a holiday toy drive with Conneticuit's police force.

Yesterday we had such a great experience at the Milford location, but today I am being generous. The attendant treated us without any friendliness, professionalism, anything. Wow, she obviously hates her job or customers. So rude. On a plus, the bed while dirty was ok once I cleaned it. We won’t visit this location again nor can we recommend it. Sadly. We would have worked out after tanning but why??

Could be better if all the ellipticals work. Most have issues like wobbly, stiff not flowing, or the handles are stuck and doesn’t move.
Wish they took more care on maintenance and replacing equipment. Other than that, it’s a decent gym.

I go to the Trumbull location, I've always gotten excellent service and the manager Kat went above and beyond for me in help with my account when I was having some financial difficulties and it was beyond appreciated. I recommend this location completely, my only wish is that they have a stand up tanning bed like all the other locations, I think they may be getting one although im not for sure.

I might be changing from the black card I dont see the value in it, Every time you go to the black card lounge you have to come back to the front desk before you can use each amenity they dont just give you a code to access the stuff it quite annoying. Went in recently and the workout was going well until a worker told me to remove my bag and store it in the locker for reference my bag was tucked under my bench under a smith machine in no one’s way. Which would’ve been fine however i was mid-set and the bar got caught behind rack because i saw him trying to approach. That’s not my issue, and I don’t even want him getting in trouble. it’s how the management handled it because i went back inside to confront him about it, because it was pretty heavy weight I was doing (2 plates on each side for incline), and he could’ve waited a bit to tell me and not crowd me. The manager was just being very rude which i may have came off as rude but I was there to tell the guy don’t do it again because it’s dangerous. The manager told my girlfriend “i see you smiling and smirking, but it’s our policy” she wasn’t even involved in the conversation, and she told me she was just nervously laughing, and for reference i just told them i didn’t know the policy and it was dangerous what they did especially for the fact the bag wasn’t in the way of anyone at all. Dont want anyone getting fired or in trouble but i had a huge issue with that and how it was handled poorly. i also have proof as i recorded my set and shows where the bag is and shows what exactly happened. I’m just putting this out there in case anyone decides to leave their bag on the floor here.

I wanted to do leg extensions today.there was ONE machine that was tied up for over 30 minutes.he did 4 sets the whole time and amused himself with his phone the rest.i see this day after day on the smith machines,pec deck..etc.there needs to be a time limit on the minimal machines and these people with the phones.its constant!i never got to use the leg mach.if it was one day i wouldn't complain but its everyday.come on.work out and move on.ive been a member for a while and i talked my son into joining but im at the end.respect is important. Use the weights and move on.i leave my phone in the car.NO reason to do both while i have to find an alternate workout

What do I like about this location -- EVERYTHING! All the TVs have closed captioning turned on, which is a tremendous detail. They also have more of the newer equipment than some of the other PFs, such as the massage chairs, incumbent bikes, ellipticals, etc. And they have the coup de grace -- the amazing stretching cage, which a lot of PFs do not have as I have come to learn. They also have tremendous staffers. Abdiel was the very first person I encountered when I walked into the gym and he didn't make me feel stupid with any of my questions. Abdiel was super cool, knowledgeable and friendly and I was convinced easily to pick this location by him. Seems like everybody that I encounter there is a rock star. Highly highly recommend this PF.

The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite pausing my account for three months, I was still charged. When I raised the issue with the manager and provided proof of the charges through my bank transactions, the manager denied that any charges were made. I had to escalate the matter to higher management to get it resolved. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of time. I recommend considering another Planet Fitness location.

I love the gym (I’m there every day). BUT it really irks me that management and staff do not enforce the RULE against members yapping on their cell phones on the gym floor. It’s super annoying to be on the elliptical, for example, trying to watch TV or listen to music, while the person next to you is yapping away on their phone. This rule exists for a reason. Members should not have to check their fellow members (and risk an aggressive response)! STAFF should routinely walk around the gym floor and enforce this rule, which is clearly marked on signs! I left this same message on the Planet Fitness website months ago, and the response was “crickets”, nada.

The facility is relatively new so it is bright and usually clean,my complaint is that machines and equipment will sit for weeks and sometimes months without being repaired and they are the only one in the gym. My other complaint is that free weights are left all over the place and sometimes next to machines which makes you hesitant to use the machine because membership will use that to signify they are using it. This can be solved by courtesy signs and possible prompt by staff when checking in.I have discussed this with other members who feel the same way.

They don't deserve any stars. People try to be nice to others and the they get complaints against them for being nice, then they get kicked out. The staff won't listen to the gentlemen that they kicked out and banned them from the gym.
