I have called in need of speaking with a manager in regards to them charging me. I was a member of Cardio express and canceled my membership and I have continued to be billed. They are not helpful in this situation! I would never use planet fitness! I would give them 0 stars!!!!!

Wifi is so-so they need to fix it!! And they are so cheap when it comes to running AC. It is always turned off , unless it’s summer time.

The new equipment looks nice, but made cheap. Constantly broken and waiting to be fixed.

They loot the money like anything, while joing they stated that annual maintenance fee would be charged on 17th after u finish 3 months of registration, I cancelled my membership on August 1st, that was before the 3 months and they did charge $41 annual maintenance fee post my cancellation and when asked the manager he reports it would be charged on day 1 of the month. They change everything on their wish and convenience, when I did cancel the membership as well they reported, you won't be charged anything furture. For 2 months of usage I ended up paying $120 - registration plus, 2 months fee and annual maintenance fee

When u walk in it’s inviting but as u go to use the machine are not clean and some dusty, the restroom area just looks sooo unsanitary the toilet seats are just nasty and the sink looks like it’s so old the colors faded and has duck tape I had to ask when was it cleaned cause the garbage cans in the restroom were overfilled... nota good look for a new facility👎

This gym only received 4 stars because I'm a free weights type of guy. But they mostly have machines. Which isn't bad at all. Very clean, good staff, protein snacks o. Sight to replenish that work out.

So NOT a meat-market! Clean and well-maintained even at peak times, no annoying Ken and Barbies staff trying to upgrade you or muscle-heads hogging up the mirrors and weights, no blasting top 40s, or sweaty benches, and no giant over-priced juice bar. Ok, you get the point. Other than the not-so-subtle color scheme this place is great for working out, period! Especially when every minute and dollar counts from the plentiful parking to the speed circuits to the bargain prices you can't beat it. Great place for couple's and the average health-conscious joe/josephine.

Lots of high quality new equipment, clean, strong wifi, friendly staff, and great price. Even during weekday evenings it's not too crowded which is nice.

Docking a star because the staff never cares when people/groups of people are excessively loud. Also sometimes people hang around in the men's locker room that clearly were not working out and honestly might be homeless. Finally, the bathroom and showers need a major update and often out of order.

Planet Fitness is a great place to be. The only complaint is that the hours of operation are not suitable for everyone on Friday-Sunday. I wish the gym would remain open 24 hours a day like they other 3 days in the week.

I visit many PF gyms and this one is ok. They are all pretty much the same, but this one is a little dated. Clean and has what you need. They need more free weights. The tanning beds are all stand alone pods. They are ok. Not in rooms, sort of like port-a-potties.

I came in numerous times on weekend and found employees watching movies on tablets behind desk. Told other employees about issue and they refused to bring it to management's attention and said it was not his job. So apparently they don't care about the image there facility has. They wonder why members and staff are leaving to go to the gym EDGE.

This is a gym for real people with very reasonable membership fees. There's plenty of equipment and it's rarely so crowded that you cannot access the cardio or weight machines you want to use. The staff are pleasant and not pushy like they are in other gyms who are pressured to "up-sale." Also, the patrons are respectful of one another. ..because most of them are grown-ups. If you want to avoid the adolescent, pinhead-types like the one who commented that this is a gym for "fat people," - join Planet Fitness. My only issue is that the music can sometimes be deafeningly loud.

I hold another gym membership on NJ, but got the black card when I moved to NY then to MD then to CT for work. I also travel heavily on the east coast and have been to at least 30 plus different planet fitness gyms. They are all pretty good, this one is good, staff is friendly and the machines are decent. They need more free weights and that's about it. Other than that it's cool, if an ex div 1 athlete and ex semi pro hockey player can lift here and get it all in, anybody can. Screw these 50-120$ a month gyms and their steroid crowds. PF is all good in my book!

They need to serious upgrade on the equipment. There are no machines for calf presses, There is no barbell except on the smith machine, There is only one rope for the triceps push down. There are no stairs for the Cardio. No Kettleball, No jump rope space, no space for some limited cardio like lunges, No medicine ball.

Even the regular instruments are weird, and you never know which muscle group is actually being worked upon.

Few positives are that, the staff are very friendly unlike the staff of Gold's gym. And the contract terms and fee is reasonable unlike the stringent looting getting done in the name of Gold's Gym.

Congested and extremely dirty. Don't waste your money here even if it's only $10 a month.

Daytime staff is nice, but the nighttime staff are incompetent and rude. I'd rather deal with the idiot bodybuilders who are obnoxious at other gyms than put up with a congested, dirty gym with incredibly inconsiderate and rude employees.

Great place to work out. The staff is courteous and its not crazily crowded like a lot of other gyms. There is a place in the back to do cables and abs and I appreciate that. This really is not the place to be slamming weights and do hard core body building and I also appreciate that toned down version of a fitness center which is open to help people to get into the swing of fitness and feel accepted for trying.

Great price ($10 a month for basic membership), nice equipment, and friendly staff. It's not too crowded and they have 2 of the more popular machines. It lacks a few things in the free weight department -- dumbbells only go up to 60 pounds or so and they don't have a free standing bench press.

Mostly Cybex Machines. Decent crowd. Ample Parking. Nice locker room. I'm a Black Card member so I just visit this one occasionally on weekeds. This is a PF, they don't have childcare, steam room, whirlpool, Olympic pool, fresh towels or serious bodybuilding stuff, that is why it is $10 a month. Sometimes these places are a little understaffed so they can't baby every customer. Unlike other clubs their terms and conditions are entirely reasonable. So when you expect that sort of stuff for $120 a year you sound very naive.
