Literally so gross in here. Everything looks like it was chewed on. The machines are all on top of each other, the cable attachments are disgusting and there’s only one of each, the employees are also rude and unhelpful. The place is dirty and there’s caution tape all over the place. Also no one here wear deodorant.

My PF in Milford, CT never EVER cleans their equipment and there is dirt and dust around the bottom of each piece of equipment as if they never EVER vacuum. The front desk staff just stands around doing nothing. I come here at different days/times and have never once seen anyone wipe down a piece of equipment! This is disgusting and unacceptable!!

For some reason they swapped out the old cardio for all new equipment. The new equipment is absolute garbage. They took away 10 or more treadmills and added 4 more stair climbers which are never used. The treadmill buttons feel like they're broken. Changing speeds/incline is dangerous because you have to keep hitting the button instead of holding it down. The clientele and workers at this gym are typical of Planet Fitness. Still no bench presses or squat racks. I highly recommend a real gym. I would cancel my membership but they make it nearly impossible.

The staff Barbara is very friendly ,always keeping herself busy cleaning the equipment when she can get away from the desk ,the equipment is maintained and the other members are really nice. Also ,the variety of machines and weights is more then enough to get a good workout. tom

Great little gym with enough equipment for the size. Large parking lot with plenty of parking. Equipment is typical for a planet fitness, members were very friendly and polite, staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a large locker room with oversized showers and private changing areas Gym is very clean, well lit, and I didn't notice any equipment down for repair. Not glamorous, but a great place to go workout.

I just spoke to a very nice lady over the phone. Unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she was very polite, didn't mind a million questions I had, and had an answer for all of them. Just a great phone etiquette in general. We all know how employees sometimes answer phone calls with no enthusiasm whatsoever and a lot of them could care less about answering your questions. Well this was not the case here 😊 I enjoyed the conversation very much!

It was a very good workout not crowded at all which is rare most of the other planets are filled with annoying students that have no glue about sharing equipment not this place and it's the only Planet Fitness I have seen that did have kids working the front desk. Older staff working the front desk and totally Kno about this Fitness equipment not like the youngsters working that have no glue about the equipment or gym courtesy..

Here visiting Milford for a week and needed a place to workout. Isaiah provided great information to help remove the stress of finding a gym while out of town. He was extremely patient with me and got me setup, major props to him.

I just opened up a black card but I’m staying in CT for a few days. I love the elevated gym temperature because you burn calories faster and this gym is clean. This gym is also much less crowded than the planet fitness near my house. The major issue is the age of the equipment. It has to be at least six years old. I’ll try the other planet fitness in Orange tomorrow.

Been coming to this planet fitness since it was at the old location. Never once had any issues, up until a new manager Chris was very rude and unprofessional to me. Asked for the foam pad for the smith machine an he completely ignored me, and I politely asked again and he looks at me and with the rudest tone ever and goes “I heard you the first time” and continues to not hand me it. So I left & went to edge fitness.. you won’t see me back there as long as he’s managing.

*Terrible* customer service. They will not call you back, and they will not respond to your email. Opened a NO COMMITMENT membership at $15/mth. PF app will not let me Upgrade so I can start using other locations, I try to email and call to fix this and staff do not respond. Last month a manager told me to write an email to see if they can help me with the location transfer or upgrade, and he also said he'd call back. No one responded to email and no one called me back. I was on the phone today and when a girl was telling me I had to speak to a manager she then hung up phone on me. I called back and they person didn't connect me to who I was last speaking to. If you are going to join, get the base membership so that you can cancel and start over at a new club whenever you want.

Pretty good PF. I have a black card, but I can't stand my home gym. If I could pay less for the pleasure of using ONLY Planet Fitnesses that aren't my home PF, I would. I understand that would be difficult to enforce at scale.

The staff at the old location was much friendlier. They are unprofessional and have poor infection control. There was a staff member using the women’s restroom having a conversation with her phone on speaker phone. Once she finished using the restroom, she didn’t wash her hands, but picked up the roll of paper towels and disinfectant spray.

Yesterday I had a very unfortunate episode with Sumreen, who apparently is the manager at this facility. She was rude, unprofessional and even sarcastic - definitely not one ounce of delivery of good customer service. She told me that I needed to be an adult. I will own that I became very angry but Sumreen my anger stemmed from Sumreen's handling of the situation. I brought my daughter in as my guest. Sumeen said that she could not be there because she owed 23.00. I said I would pay...regardless of the fact that I was certain that she had made a mistake. She then turned the computer around...no privacy..showed everyone...and told us that Megan owed over 200.00. She never once considered that the error may have been caused on the PF side. Instead of showing the world that there was a large balance (which I will maintain was a mistake), she treated us as if we were criminals, rather than show any sort of customer service. I was furious. That said, this is a woman who clearly enjoys the power of being a manager and the fact that she can curtly tell people that they are not allowed there. She made 0 attempt to review in greater detail the issue and she definitely was more interested in using her "power" than resolving the situation. My daughter owes nothing and I will hope that PF will contact me to resolve the billing issues. Planet Fitness is a large organization. To show that kind of inflexibility and lack of concern for resolving the issue is wrong. She was sarcastic when I told her I was most upset with the way she was handling it.

Nice gym all around ….But ….I will say though, regardless of Covid, some members can really learn to wipe down the equipment after they’ve used it and not just walk away like there is a maid service… I clean everything before and after and don’t expect anyone to come after me to clean my sweat… pure laziness on their part. Fairly empty most of the time, probably because of COVID-19. Good equipment. Good rack of dumbbells, good row of HAMMER STRENGTH machines. Plenty of treads, stairs, ellipticals, a mixed circuit with timer.

You can't have everything: shortage of open floorspace. Locker area is small. Sinks medium; I haven't looked at the showers.

Overall much better deal than most of the competition. Not a glam shop; not a lot of the young-and-made-up and nobody's juiced. Nice calm place to do your workout.

Really dated and inconsistent with "normal" planet fitness locations (high ceilings with air circulators, finishes, etc...). Tons of cardio equipment, lack of strength machines. Lockeroom and showers are a mess. Parking lot surface looks and feels like Aleppo Syria and is ironically next door to an concrete place. Hopefully the Orange location is better.

This would be to your response. This facility literally has 5 gallon buckets for wastewater that is leaking from the ceiling in the basement. If you ask me this is unacceptable and is a health violation. Should be fixed immediately when I asked the staff they said it was from condensation I have never heard of plumbing producing that much from condensation there's literally paper towels stuffed in the plumbing to stop from leaking.
