Planet Fitness in New Milford is hands down one of the best gyms in the area, and it truly deserves five stars. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean, bright, and welcoming environment. The staff are always friendly and professional, quick to answer questions, and they do a great job keeping the facility running smoothly. You never feel pressured or judged here—exactly what the “Judgement Free Zone” promises.
The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety to fit any workout style. Whether you’re looking for treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, or machines for targeted strength training, everything is available and in great condition. Even during busier hours, there’s usually enough equipment to go around, which makes it easy to stick to your workout without waiting around.
Another huge plus is how spotless the gym always is. The locker rooms and bathrooms are regularly cleaned, and there are sanitizing stations throughout the workout areas so everyone can wipe down equipment. It’s clear the staff take pride in keeping the space safe and comfortable.
The atmosphere is supportive, positive, and relaxed, which makes it a perfect gym for beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike. Membership is affordable, the hours are convenient, and overall, Planet Fitness in New Milford sets the standard for what a community gym should be. Highly recommended!
