My daughter had such a wonderful experience at Premier Training Center this summer! She took both the tumbling and flexibility/stability classes, and in just a few weeks we saw so much improvement—not only in her skills but also in her confidence.

My daughter started training here in January and absolutely loves it. She was hesitant at first because she hates change and was doubting herself. The coaches are helping her navigate the doubts and pushing her when they know she needs it. They break skills down so she can understand the reason on ‘why’ a skill is done a certain way. Some skills were a struggled and now they are not because she understands the ‘why’.
No one loves conditioning and she would always try to get out of it. She probably still tries but she is also willing to do a little extra when needed.
The best thing about PTC is they let the kids have fun while they are training.
