Everything you'd want in a small, boutique, local gym. All coaches are excellent, attentive to injuries/modifications and provide a stellar workout experience, one that is equal parts challenging and inviting. As someone new to the area, both members and trainers couldn't have been more welcoming.
I take both classes and train 1:1 at Primal and can't recommend the gym enough.

Can’t say enough good things about this gym. Community classes and personal training are top notch. Clean, inviting space and the community here is so welcoming! Coaches are encouraging and offer modifications to meet any fitness level. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend!

This gym is a hidden gem!
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable.
I’ve been training 1:1 with Jake for a year now. He took the time to understand my fitness goals, and any concerns I had. He created a personalized workout plan that is challenging but also achievable, and he constantly adjusts as I progress. The Primal Fit community is amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive fitness experience!

I've been a member of Primal Fit for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The small class sizes ensure that I get personalized attention from the coaches, who are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping everyone reach their fitness goals. The community at Primal Fit is so welcoming and fun—it's like working out with friends every time!
I also appreciate the variety of pop-up classes and challenges they offer, which keep things exciting and push me to try new things. On top of that, the nutrition training has been super helpful in improving my overall health and fitness journey. If you're looking for a gym with great coaches, a supportive environment, and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself, I highly recommend Primal Fit!

10/10 instructors. Extremely welcoming space, the coaches there work with you to make sure you are maximizing your capabilities without forcing you.
Jake is an awesome coach and health mentor and who I have been training with so far, both working on helping me lose weight, but also cleaning up my diet; through different food intake recommendations, to helping me find a nutritionist.

Kara is the best! I have been going to Primal Fit for about a year. I love the consistency my training sessions provide me with. I feel a big improvement in my strength since starting. Overall I look and feel better. And, PSA to all you ladies, if you aren't strength training already, start! Better yet, start with Kara. Highly recommend!

I have been working 1:1 with Kara for 6 months now and I could not be happier or feel stronger with myself. Kara makes all of my sessions interesting/do-able/and fun! I look forward to every session. She even started including community group classes on weekends to keep things interesting for her clients.
