From the moment I called to tour the facility, my interactions with the owner, Darlene, have been nothing but warm and welcoming. She has a positive and encouraging attitude and is extremely professional and committed. I am new to working out and have found this gym to be a sanctuary from my busy mom-life. It's a comfortable and safe place where I can feel at peace, de-stress, and work on my fitness goals without feeling any pressure or judgement. Super grateful to have found this gym!

I went There for four days only , but I did not find anything worse than this. The treatment was so bad, she was rude in his speech, refused to talk to me, and ignored me. I do not know how they employ people like this, especially the girl who works on it.

if you're looking for a clean, private, and effective gym.. this is it. been working out here for about 2 months and couldn't be happier. the owner keeps eveything extremely clean. the members are respectful. the overall community at pump room is amazing. Infrared sauna is incredible as well. bathrooms are spacious and spotless. it's worth every penny. Thank you Pump Room !!

Love this gym! It’s so peaceful here! I’m really glad that I became a member earlier this year. This gym has everything I was looking for. It’s never crowded! It’s open 24/7. It’s clean!!! Everyone that goes there to workout is there to workout! There is no judgement here! Everyone stays in their own lane but also everyone is friendly. Darlene (the owner) is very kind and friendly. She is very supportive of your fitness goals! It’s just an all around great environment to be in!Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more cozy gym with top knotch equipment!

Such an amazing facility!!!! The equipment here is incredible - I haven’t seen the leg equipment that’s here anywhere else. It’s also SO CLEAN which is something I look for especially at a gym. I have seen the owner taking time to wipe everything down many times. On top of the stunning workout area, there’s also a well-lit posing room AND infrared sauna… and the customizable personal training is also a plus! I come here twice a day sometimes because it’s that great!

Great place. My wife Darlene put her heart and sole into this place. There aren’t to many gyms out there owned by a female who is not only a true professional, but she truly cares about every member and their workouts. She is one of a kind and so is this brand new gym. You will see her hitting a crazy leg day and then making sure every single member is comfortable and having a great experience.
