These guys really know what they're doing! The trainers are top-notch and get you results with just 30-minute workouts 2-3x a week (unheard of). The studio itself is clean with state-of-the art equipment. You'll feel well taken care of here.

I found Danbury Pure after my doctor strongly recommended a personal trainer to help me rebuild muscle and control blood pressure. Lucky for me. Rachel has helped me gain strength and endurance. Love this place! Trainers are knowledgeable and patient. They teach you how to use equipment so you don't hurt yourself. They keep it spotless and we feel safe. You schedule sessions online thru an app so it's convenient!
