Started off great with great trainers and a great vybe. Gym has ripped up turf and told to be patient it was getting fixed but never did. Soon as the good trainers left, the rest just sit on their phones with no interest in the clients. One if the owners is very unprofessional and cocky. I see the same comment about "Telling the whole story" yet the clients have the same story. Price is great for what it is, I will not deny that untill everything is becoming a "drop in fee" Not a bad place just to inconsistant. Best if luck Radical

I had such high expectations for radical. I joined as a 16 week bootcamp member and was initially so very impressed, however that quickly turned. When registering we were promised nutrition training and guidance, which was nothing more than an app on your phone. It became abundantly clear how little members were valued by the greedy and unprofessional management, including getting in to verbal altercations with members via social media. The rate of instructor turn over was incredible, and while management claims this was due to trainers having other jobs the trainers themselves confirmed that this was not the case. It became difficult for classes to be covered and were cut; leaving us with the option to train ourselves with workouts they wrote on a white board - what a joke! Everything became an “add on”, with classes costing $20 in addition to the already high pricing. I am so happy my 16 week commitment is up!

UPDATED TO REFLECT COMMENTS FROM BUSINESS: yes I did attend an informational meeting, however no one from radical did… come to find out the owner was out of the state on vacation and failed to notify myself and others. I believe the confrontational response from the business speaks for itself.

I signed up and registered for the 16 week challenge which I initially loved, classes were lively and high energy. It was super competitive to sign up for spots which was a reflection on the quality of the trainers at the time. After one of the beloved trainers left, things started going down hill midway through the 16 weeks. Class sizes were dropping, finding trainers to fill in the time slots was a struggle for management, and communication to the paid participants lacked. Management took away promised bootcamp days/times for participates making it very difficult for people to attend their 3min days. And instead added in “express workouts” without trainers so participants had to train themselves which I could easily do anywhere watching a YouTube video. I did not pay/sign up for that service. So happy I didn’t commit to the full year at this gym when they offered a discounted rate in the beginning of the 16 week challenge. Management doesn’t even respect their own trainers, which was evident by them not communicating with their trainers that days/time slots were being removed from their schedule. Trainers found this out from the participants. Multiple times participates showed up for classes with the gym being locked and dark. No trainers were scheduled to fill in. It was only communicated that classes were cancelled after the fact via the Facebook group. Save your money and go somewhere else.

What can I say about radical athletics. well I never worked out like in my life maybe a treadmill walk here and there. But I had a baby in 2020... and always struggled with being overweight. And I needed to do something drastic to be able to keep up with the mom life and to be healthy for my daughter. My mother signed me up for a 16 week challenge boot camp. ( Omg! What?! ) And we are now in week 13 and I've lost about 15lbs as well as losing inches and gaining muscle tone and losing in BMI ( whatever that means haha ) I am loving the classes! the trainers are fantastic they help you and encourage you to do your best at your own pace, as well as push you and challenge you too!! The staff is friendly and so supportive!! If your ready to get healthy and do something different sign up! You won't regret it!! Can't wait to see where I am at after 16 weeks! And sign up for another challenge!

This place is AMAZING! The instructors are great, Rodney keeps you motivated from the second you walk in the door until you leave. This has been the best decision I have made for my daughter (15) and I. Very highly recommend!
