A sound bath with Sam is one of the most relaxing, grounding, incredible experiences. It was the best hour of my week. Their voice, use of sound bowls and calming interaction is a true gift. If you haven’t experienced a sound bath—I couldn’t recommend it enough—especially with Sam!

As a yoga teacher, and lifetime student, whenever I vacation or travel, I always look for Yoga studios to take classes. This sweet space is just 2 min from my AirBnB. What a delight. Knowledgeable teachers who are trained well and teach from their heart. Clean bathroom is always a plus. Space is decorated nicely. They have all the props one needs to practice including little hand pillow weights for Savasana and comfy blankets. Water cooler for a quick sip as well. They thought of everything. Very nice first time student special too. Plenty of parking in the back.

I've been regularly attending Lana's Thursday night Soul Flow class for a few months now, and it's just the best. I've practiced yoga off and on since my teens, but this is the first class that has really gotten under my skin and made me want to come back every week. It's a great mix of meditative/spiritual practice and challenging but enjoyable physical activity. I very much enjoy learning about Kundalini and partaking in the breathwork and rituals. I am noticing that my strength and flexibility are increasing week-over-week as well. The studio is great too--free parking, diverse client population, low-key environment. Highly recommend!!

This is the most inclusive studio I've ever been to while practicing for over 10 years all across the country. A true safe space for all. Sally and Sal are both phenomenal teachers that carry a message of love and kindness to every class.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, and accommodating teachers leading mostly hatha-style classes, with some pranayama, meditative, and spiritual components mixed in.

There is no exceptions to their policy of no refunds. They will not reply and will only reply with their legal disclaimer. I had fully documented my situation. The mix up had to do with the artists who was advertising and a mix up of communication. I was bringing both my parents to the event. We are out over $300 for a mix up that I fully documented in numerous emails as being questionable. The thing is Sally at Ravens yoga will not reply nor even consider any compromising options. As a yogi I can not imagine how she thinks this is yogic or even good business practice. Completely ignore communication and hide behind policy? I would had never wrote this if she would have at least given the courtesy of a reply.
