If you are looking for a gym with a wonderful, welcoming, fun, community this is the place to join. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help with every fitness level. The owners are also very active in listening to the concerns of their members by offering new classes and times to accommodate all the members. I promise you by joining here you will have your life forever changed.

Started red eye in September and have loved it ever since!!! Red eye isn’t just about the workouts, but they make you feel welcomed in their community. I joined because I was struggling with being consistent in the gym due to not really knowing what workouts to do. I had never worked out at a CrossFit gym before so I was a little nervous! When you start , you do some intro sessions with them to get familiar with the movements which made me feel so comfortable!! The owners Traci and Eric are encouraging, helpful, and so down to earth! I am so happy I made the switch to this CrossFit gym!!

Where to start ! Redeye CrossFit has become a place I love to go each week! I have been here for about two years and can only say excellent things about! I love the community and how each workout can be designed for all different levels of fitness! The atmosphere is so motivating !!!

I learned about the Burpees and Babies course through a few mom friends who loved it. Being new to the area, childcare made it difficult for me to jump into a workout routine, so being able to bring my 10 month old son to the classes really help. So far I'm loving it and feeling excited to feel strong.
update a year later: I decided to transition from this program into their regular fitness classes and it has been the best decision I've made for myself. I had never done crossfit before, but all the coaches are so knowledgable and make sure to take the time to work with you at your own pace for every new move and every work out. They are constantly adding new classes to meet their communities needs, such as a "legends" class for adults over 50 and a Total body class. Best part, some days I still bring my toddler with me who enjoys watching me workout. I could not recommend this gym more.

I joined Red Eye around 16 months ago. When I started I could barely do anything. I am so much stronger now. Red Eye is like being part of a big family. Everyone is so nice and supportive. Weight bearing exercises are so important for women along with cardio. Every class focus’s on different parts of the body. There are all ages at the classes and you can work at your own pace. Exercise really helps with the winter blahs!!!

Amazing gym. Was in town for a wedding and planned to drop in just once, but liked it so much I came back for a second drop-in before the wedding. If I lived anywhere nearby, this would definitely be my gym of choice. Super friendly, helpul, supportive, and welcoming.

Red Eye has been my home gym since August of 2023. I primarily do their weightlifting program and am thankful I joined this team when I needed it the most. The coaches are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. They have helped me get stronger both physically and mentally. And the atmosphere is uplifting and positive. Above all, they have helped me learn to be confident in and out of the gym. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Red eye has helped transform me into a better me. I've learned to be more disciplined, and less complacent. They push me out of my comfort zone in a controlled manner. Red Eye has some of the most knowledgeable coaches I have met. Each coach is approachable, friendly, and no matter your experience they always work with you to make sure you achieve the goals you have set! Every workout can be adjusted to any injury. Whether you’re first starting out or have been active for a while, Red Eye is for you!

The small, supportive, mixed-level community at this gym makes it MUCH easier to work out. It's impressive how the coaches make sure everyone at every fitness level gets what they need in the group sessions; the coaches give me personalized, beginner-friendly instructions, while giving specific cues and challenges to experienced folks. I'm stronger today and more comfortable in a gym environment because of RedEye CrossFit!

Burpees and Babies has been a great option for me to help me ease back into fitness post twins! I was very active before pregnancy and up until the day I gave birth…I didn’t expect to have pelvic pain at the end of my pregnancy and still some lingering at 8 weeks PP, but now I’m feeling great and back into action. It’s nice to know I am able to workout and bring my babies at the same time!

I can’t recommend the burpees and babies program at Red Eye CrossFit enough! I moved to the area about a year ago after just having my daughter and was so exited to come across it. Working out postpartum can be so difficult and intimidating but Tracy does an incredible job coaching/ helping you navigate through it.

I am so happy and thankful to have found this amazing program that Tracy runs at Redeye CrossFit At burpees and babies, not only can I work on myself and being healthy for my kids; but I can bring my little ones with me and have them interact. The program is a great class for moms of all fitness capabilities and Tracy creates a safe workout environment where she can tailor the workout to each individual who might have certain issues post partum. If you want a good workout with someone who knows what they’re doing, this is the place to be. This program has given me the confidence and drive to better myself!

I was hesitant to sign up for Burpees&Babies, but I'm SO glad I did! Working out after a baby can be intimidating but I quickly realized there was nothing to be nervous about here. Tracy is an amazing coach who really takes the time and puts in the effort to get to know everyone in the class. Throughout the 10 week session we worked on safely re-building strength and emphasizing proper form with Tracy's ongoing instruction and encouragement. Each person was able to work at whatever level they were physically at to get the most out of the workouts. It was really comforting to be among other moms with babies and to know that I wasn't in it alone. I never felt judged or uncomfortable and I'm shocked how much stronger and more confident I feel! I am so glad I took the chance on Burpees&Babies.

The burpees and babies class is absolutely amazing! Being newly postpartum I love that I was able to bring my daughter with me. It is so convenient to be able to go workout and not have to worry about childcare! Tracy is so welcoming and extremely helpful. The variety of workouts/exercises keeps the class exciting and challenging. Tracy explains each exercise, encourages safe practices, and tailors each workout to where you specifically might be in your postpartum journey. I highly recommend the burpees and babies class!

The burpees and babies class is great for safely getting back into shape postpartum. It targets all the muscles you might have lost during pregnancy and it has been so awesome to find a gym that allows you to bring your kids as you do your workout. Tracy is wonderful, patient, and so attentive to everyone’s needs and stages of postpartum. I would highly recommend to all of the moms out there!

Tracy is an amazing coach and helped me get back in shape with her post partum program (burpees and babies). I continued with the regular classes afterwards and I don't regret it. I absolutely loved burpees and babies. When I first started out my son was 8 months old he absolutely loved the classes and loved being a part of my workouts. Prior to having my son I used to work out frequently and after having him it was difficult to schedule that time in to work out this class helped me get back into my routine. It also strengthened my core mussels and helped build my strength back up. This was amazing for mental health and physical health I would highly recommend this class. Was an amazing experience I hope to continue to be part of classes!

I didn’t even know what CrossFit was when I walked into my first class because my daughter was coaching. To my complete surprise, I ended up loving CrossFit. Red Eye CrossFit has become a huge part of my family’s life. We truly enjoy the group of wonderful people that go here. Even though you are in a group atmosphere working out. I still get the individualized corrections to help maximize my personal development.

REDEYE is not just your basic gym. Eric and Tracy have created a space where I truly enjoy being around everyone so much that the brutal workouts have become fun! They have made me someone who actually doesn’t mind Crossfit, and convinces others that they too can do it. I’m so glad I signed up even though I was scared. It has really changed my perspective of what I am capable of in so many different ways.

I recently joined burpees and babies at Red eye CrossFit, a class for moms who can bring their babies! I’m not a big gym goer and I didn’t know anyone so this was out of my comfort zone but I immediately felt welcomed and in good company of other moms who knew exactly the challenges I was going through too! A great community of ladies and adorable babies. The exercises Tracey has taught us have been simple enough to understand but challenging enough that I feel it the next day that’s for sure!! Physically and mentally exactly what me and baby James needed! We look forward to ever class and feel stronger for it! Thank you Red eye for putting this together for us.. if there’s ever a time ladies need community, support and specialty guidance physically it is postpartum!! Highly recommend!

Tracy takes the ultimate care to curate an amazing workout while insuring everyone in Burpee’s and Babies is able to tend to baby and properly do the movements she takes time to form correct answer any questions and give modifications if needed pushing us to see how capable we really are. Both my son and my daughter train at Red Eye. They are high school athletes training for the collegiate level. The trainers are professional and knowledgeable and really make the training sport specific. They provide positive and corrective feedback throughout each session. They include advice about nutrition and sleep habits. Most importantly, my teens look forward to each session. Highly recommended!

There is no other gym like it! If you want an incredibly gift coaching staff, a community like no other and programming that systematically and efficiently gets you to EXACTLY where you want to be, Redeye is the place to be. Eric and Tracy have built a gym and community that has brought me back to life. As a 39 yr old, former athlete/open water swimmer with a 2 yr old total hip replacement and two shoulders that had been through the ringer I came to Redeye searching for a gym that could truly modify and individualize workouts. Eric's class wide programming and individual programming, not only has me feeling amazing, but has made me feel like an athlete again.
