About the Club

Refine Fitness offers personal training for women and TRX Circuit Training Classes for all fitness levels.
TRX is the only fitness method that challenges you with your own bodyweight and gravity. It targets strength building and muscular endurance as resistance while challenges your core. The class offers strength and body conditioning that may involve endurance training, strength training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics exercises performed in a circuit, similar to HIIT (high-intensity interval training). This class uses TRX Suspension Trainer™ straps, kettle bells, bumbbells, resistance bands, slam balls etc., in order to make each class unique and interesting.

This is the place to be if you want to feel stronger! As a middle aged, yet active woman, I was feeling discouraged that cardio alone hasn’t been working. I’ve tried taking the large classes at bigger gyms, but I’m never sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly or if I was receiving any results. With Gabby, it’s a whole new story. She makes sure that you are doing your exercises properly to avoid any injury and encourages you to push yourself. This is more than just a workout spot. It’s like a family. We all support each other, encourage one another, and I no longer need my spanks because from all my workouts I’m already feeling tighter and stronger! Gabby is the Hungarian Princess you need in your life to transform your body and make you feel good! I always leave her feeling better and happier!

This is the best class- Gabi makes sure each class is varied and the music is fun so the time flies by. She makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly to prevent injuries. All the women are encouraging and nonjudgmental. Give it a try!

I love Refine Fitness. I get a fantastic workout in an incredibly supportive environment. The exercises are challenging and creative, and the owner is knowledgeable and engaging. I feel motivated to keep coming back. It’s also super easy to find, centrally located with a big convenient parking lot. The classes are not crowded, and it’s easy to reserve later without feeling pressured to commit days in advance. I strongly recommend it.

Gabi's excellent.

She pushes you in respects to what your body can do and what your goals are. For me trying to get back into shape, this is the perfect blend.
