Rich Dean is the man. I look forward to training with him any time Iβm in town. The work outs are burners, and he has the range to teach professionals or beginners.

I've been going to Rich for over a year, and I've never been healthier. Workouts are the perfect mix between working out & boxing, which is way more efficient (and fun) than just going to the gym alone. I've tried personal trainers before with little success. Even if you're starting from scratch, like I did, Rich will work with you and set you on a healthier path.

My teenage son has been boxing with Rich for about 2 years. Rich has given him a concrete understanding of boxing technique AND a solid fitness foundation that will last his whole life. Rich is the exact type of mentor I want for my son - a solid human who challenges him just enough to make him stronger physically and mentally.

Rich shows up 100% focused on his clients. He has tons of knowledge not only about boxing but general fitness in general. For me itβs so important to get the technical stuff down while also getting a killer workout in and Rich has perfected this formula. He is extremely discerning to have the ability to know how to push you but not too much. Very happy with my private trainings!

I live in town and would often drive by Rich Dean Boxing wondering what was going on in there while humming a few minutes of the Rocky soundtrack. One day I decided just to pull the trigger, booked an appointment online and showed up. Had no idea what to expect, just wanted to check it out. So glad I did. The first couple of sessions were tough probably because my muscles hadn't been used in years, but once I got settled in and started going regularly, after just a month or two, I can tell I am getting stronger. I have been out of shape for a long time due to life happening, injuries, illness, eating all of my kids' leftover chicken nuggets every day, getting older, etc. Mr. Dean gets me to do very effective and efficient work-outs in 30 minutes. Our sessions include conditioning and weights for the first half, and for the second half of the session he teaches me to box. Boxing is much more physically intense than I imagined, and that's WITHOUT being punched in the face. I am a middle-aged woman who's prior knowledge of boxing was based on the Rocky movies, so yeah, I hadn't appreciated what a great sport boxing is for both the mind and body. As a former Olympian, Mr. Rich is very professional, no muss no fuss, really good at what he does, and an excellent teacher. I highly recommend.

Rich is great to work with. Patient, and easy going, but still pushes hard. Scheduling could not be any easier.

Rich Dean is a great coach and takes his client's health, fitness and boxing abilities very seriously. His clients come first and he is very responsive to your fitness needs and wants everyone to reach their goals. I have been going to Rich Dean for boxing training since I moved to town about 4 years ago. I haven't looked back. He has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in boxing and can adjust to a client's skill level and their interests of getting a great workout or learning the sport. I'm very pleased with the results and the growth. The personal attention makes a big difference. I would recommend the gym and 1:1 classes with Rich to anyone that wants to get in shape and learn the sweet science of boxing. He's also open to sparring and setting you up with sparring partners if that is of interest.

You got to box with Rich. He's an x-pro boxer, challenging and encouraging, great positive attitude, teaches at all levels. His gym is a personal gym so appointments only. Lots of sunlight and from the sidewalk you can see him boxing in the ring. He also offers individual and group fitness training on the floor. Highly recommend him.
