Bruce is an amazing trainer who dedicates every minute of his sessions to meeting the personal goals of his clients. This is true one-on-one attention, the opposite of the experience at a bigger, anonymous, corporate-owned gym. We’ve been training with Bruce for years, and will be for many more.

I can’t express in words how grateful I am to have found Bruce and his gym!!! I’ve had several physically injuries that resulted in weight gain, pain and lack of motivation. Bruce patiently worked with me to get me back to where I was before my injuries!!!
What l love: he offers at home workout programs, nutritional guidance and support and of course personal training and group classes. He gives you all the tools to succeed. There is really no excuse. I know I could not have done it without his knowledge, guidance and support. I continue to work with Bruce because I see results and I love his passion for fitness and health.

A small gym, with big impact! Bruce and the staff at Rise Up are the best in the business. The limited class sizes allow for the coaches to pay personal attention to each member, allowing anyone, at any fitness level to succeed.
Personal training with any of the coaches is also a great way to get an intense workout for your individual goals- Boxing with Max or pilates with Bruce -best of both worlds at competitive prices.
As a member for many years, and trying a few other gyms, I haven’t found another atmosphere like it.
I continuously meet all of my fitness goals with the help of this phenomenal team.
I definitely encourage anyone looking to improve their health, mentally and physically to check out Rise Up!

Bruce at Rise Up Fitness coached me through the breast cancer recovery process and helped get my fitness level up even higher than before surgery. Rise Up taught my teenaged boys boxing and weight lifting and keeps my husband in fighting shape. Can’t say enough good things about these cool, knowledgeable thoughtful & tough trainers!

I came to Bruce during Covid to help me properly exercise … I had multiple
Injuries from bad knees back and spine … Not only did he make me the best version of myself physically and mentally .. he made it fun … My body is in better shape at being just shy of 60 then when I was a teenager … Rise up fitness certainly loves up to their name Bruce Ceja and all his trainers are top notch

In Bruce we trust! Rise Up Fitness is as much of a gym as it is a community. I've been doing the group classes for about a year and it's one of the best parts of my day. Owner/Trainer/Teacher/Coach Bruce Ceja is an outstanding person. His workouts are challenging and rewarding. Each program is meticulous and different from the last. Bruce and his team of coaches are unlike any I have encountered at any of my (many) previous gyms. They have created a supportive and welcoming community of members that remain consistent and encouraging to new comers. I joined this gym with spotty-at-best work out experience and the classes/coaches have conditioned me further than my wildest expectations. Each coach has their personal coaching style but they are all consistent in balancing being supportive and challenging you to push your perceived limits. For those who are looking for a small community feel gym with a variety of classes, this is the spot.

Rise up it's an incredible facility to work out. It has it all under one roof. Pilates, strength, boot camps and boxing. I've been training with Bruce for 2 years and at Rise Up since January and I couldn't be happier. Ive gone down pant sizes and see my body toning up. Such a great feeling!! I've had obstacles on the way and Bruce has been so supportive helping me get back in to it and adjusting certain work outs for my injuries.
