Rude Dog Boxing is a place for everyone! Owned and operated by 2 time amateur National Belt Champion and now professional boxer, Matthew Chuck. We offer classes for all levels. The adult program encompasses anyone from beginners looking for the discipline to get in shape, competitive amateur athletes, and competitive professional athletes.
Our kids program, Camp Hero's is a military style program that teaches kids to be Humble, Enthusiastic, Respectful, and Optimistic. It teaches kids to be confident, disciplined, and how to be comfortable with public speaking, and at the same time incorporating physical fitness.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From the moment my family and I walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, supportive, and motivating. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about helping you grow, not just as a boxer, but as a person too.
The coaches are top-notch, taking the time to work with you individually and push you to your full potential. Thanks to them, I’ve made huge improvements in my technique and conditioning.
If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a second home and will bring out the best in you, this is the place.

Me and my brother have been going here for almost a year now and I can say it’s the best decision I’ve made all year. Great atmosphere, friendly people, good and experienced coaches. This place is great for anyone whether you are just going to workout and are beginning the sport, are an aspiring amateur fighter, or even further, as the gyms co-owner and coach is an active and currently undefeated pro fighter. Definitely give this place a try if you love the sport of boxing.

After searching for a boxing gym for my 13 year old son, we decided to join Rude Dog Boxing in Putnam. He has been going for almost 4 months and has enjoyed it so much he has barely missed a night so far.
The people are extremely friendly and supportive, the classes are fun and challenging,. and the coaches are incredible. Coach Matthew is an exceptional coach who is relatable, encouraging and extremely motivating. He not only teaches the art and skills of boxing, but he also teaches life lessons that build confidence, character and integrity.
