I’ve been training privately with Lisa for just over a year, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s helped me not only reach but maintain my fitness goals, while continuing to challenge me in the most fun and motivating way. At 40, I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to her. And if you ever get the chance to take one of her mat classes, don’t miss it, they’re fantastic!

Recently joined Lisa’s new studio. There is only 3 reformers so it is very personalized to your needs and strength. Since it is so small it is nice because she can work closely and give recommendations and correct form. Lisa truly cares about every single one of her clients and has the most bubbly personality! Going to her class is the highlight of my week!

I went to Lisa for private Pilates last year because I was trying to treat myself for bilateral leg numbness. My schedule is pretty full juggling homeschooling and part time work in an out patient PT clinic. After self diagnosing my condition, and doing home therapies, I decided to add Pilates to my plan of care. I needed those one on one sessions so I can get a customized program that was suited for my specific needs. Lisa has so much positive energy and a joy to work with. I have been working with Lisa for about five months. Pilates (and the Reformer) are new to me. I love the benefits to date: Improved strength/muscle tone, increasing range of motion and better balance. Lisa is a joy to work with and a very knowledgeable teacher - the sessions are never the same which I love - they are always fun and challenging!
