Worst Gym ever, owner is so rude and totally unprofessional to his customers. My spouse had membership for more than a year and suddenly due to some personal reasons she couldn't go there abd wanted to cancel. Called them several times during week days and working hours, no one answered phone calls neither replied to numerous voice messages. Finally e mailed them and got response back after one week that they have to charge for next month too since it's 30 days cancellation policy which i understand but when no one answers phone calls or reply back to voice messages, who's fault is that? Asked owner to not charge for next month which was 26 days after this discussion but he said he can't do anything. They are always so anxious for the money, not for their customers. Will never recommend anyone to go there plus it's super expensive to have a membership with them, better going 5 minutes towards Westchester Market Plaza and get membership for $20.00 per month and much organized and bigger gym.

The members of this gym enjoy intentionally taking up the parking spaces reserved for other businesses.
Furthermore, some members have brought trucks with attached trailers, parked them across an entire section of the parking lot, and spent several hours in the gym.
Extremely rude and arrogant behavior.

I left two years ago because the previous owner, Kim was... not exactly my favorite person. I was invited back to the gym that I enjoy. Good people, great equipment, and it's always clean. No more being chastised over minute mistakes I make at the gym. A+ staff. Glad to be back.

I joined this gym a few months and I’m so glad I did! The gym is always clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly. I feel super comfortable in this environment. I was a member here for 4 years. The only reason I left was because I set up a home gym. I enjoyed this gym. It was clean, had up to date well maintained equipment and I really enjoyed 24/7 access. Manager/Franchise owner, Kim was alway responsive. I recommend this gym.

Wow impressively aweful, gym is VERY SMALL, looks tiny yoga class, the training staff is SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, they don’t know what they are doing in terms of actually working out, I got an appointment with one, VERY RUDE, unprofessional and didn’t know what they were doing, and there arethese 4 kids that are SO annoying, if you encounter the one with glasses and his friend good luck VERY annoying and take up too much equipment and don’t do workouts properly, the staff has done NOTHING about them, the trainers are rude equipment is bad and not worth $60 A MONTH canceled about a week ago I recommend the same

Not impressed. One of the strangest gyms I've ever gone to and expensive for what you get. No one talks to each other, no innovative equipment, and always empty. Clean yes, but odd environment and equipment. Very unmotivating.

The literal only reason I'm sad to move and buy a new house is that I have to leave my gym! It's 24/7, which is convenient, the parking lot is safe and under surveillance, the place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, there's always space to work out, and other members are super respectful of your space. The equipment is top of the line and all new, and it's a very welcoming environment. I like that they don't keep it at 30 degrees too.

I've been to other gyms, and I really enjoyed my membership here. If someone would just invent teleportation so I could continue to work out here, that would be super cool.

Snap fitness is my favorite hidden gem in Colchester! It Is THE cleanest fitness center I have ever been to hands down. In addition all of the equipment/ decor is very modern so I always felt like I was in a brand new facility. There is an impressive array of weights, machines, squat racks, cardio equipment and accessories that pretty much guarantee anyone will find what they're looking for. I love having a gym that's open 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Last but not least the owner Kim has been extremely helpful and always concerned with any questions or requests my wife and I have had. We are going to miss colchester, and in no small part due to the community at snapfitness!

Watch TV when on treadmills and listen through Audio fetch app. The My Zone fitness tracker belts offered is great and gives instant feedback. Well worth the money. Bathrooms are meticulously clean. A very small gym, but has enough to get good workouts in. The benefit of a small gym is that there are limited people at given times, but a downfall is the amount of equipment in the facility. Overall, a fine gym for it’s size but the price to me is more than what I’m used to paying for what’s available.

Conveniently located off Route 2 exit 18 in Colchester, Snap Fitness is just the right size gym. It's not overcrowded, has all the major equipment and is very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I have been members for almost a year and we're very happy we joined.

The owner is amazing! She is down to earth and very kind.
