[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout on a custom-built reformer machine. It utilizes slow, controlled movements to push your muscles to the point of failure in order to build back stronger.

Solidcore WeHa is more than just a workout—it's a community that pushes you to be your best. The coaches are incredibly motivating, and the playlists keep you energized throughout the tough classes.
Yes, the workouts are challenging, and sometimes you wonder why you signed up, but the team spirit and encouragement make it all worth it.
Kasia, Evan, Rachel, Val, Jillian-literally every coach brings something different to you mentally and physically. If you want a place where you’re truly seen and supported, this is it.
Highly recommend for anyone ready to do hard things and grow!

I’ve been going here for two years. The workout is amazing but the reason I keep coming back is because of the coaches.
Emily was the first coach I took and I have stuck with her since. Her classes are welcoming, challenging, and supportive.

Although my go-to is Emily, Val, Ari, Kasia and Evan offer nothing short of a great experience. Every single coach here is incredibly knowledgeable, smart, and has their own teaching style.

Best workout ever. I saw results so quick!!! Ariana, Riley & Rachel were my fav coaches. All of the coaches and classes are friendly to different levels, and everyone is super nice! Very focused on seeing you grow in your fitness journey and no judgement.

i’ve been coming here for 2+ years, i’m 300 classes in and every class is nothing short of spectacular!! every coach makes you feel important, special, and included. Huge shoutout to coach emily, who has been there from the start. I take her classes 3x a week, and I look foward to every time I take class with her, her energy is unmatched. Also to coach val, evan, and kasia, you all amaze me, and when I take your classes I feel stronger leaving the room everytime. there is such a great community solidcore has created for me

Started coming right at the beginning & love hitting all the milestones. Recruited a few friends pulling them away from a nearby studio. Really like the wide variety of the hourly class schedule. Had to freeze my unlimited membership 16wks for major surgery & the process was seamless. All the coaches were amazing getting my [shakes] back with amplifications. Solidays prizes are great incentives to complete all the challenges. Great community 💪

solidcore West Hartford is the best — and Kasia is absolutely incredible. Her classes are challenging in the best way, and she has this amazing ability to push you while making it feel personal. Even in a full, dark room, it often feels like a 1:1 session because she notices everything and genuinely cares about helping you get stronger. Her energy, precision, and accountability make every class worth it. Can’t recommend her (and this studio!) enough.

I got such a good workout here while visiting from overseas. Staff is lovely. The only place similar to this style that id done before was KX So I did find it a bit confusing and at times overstimulating with the dark, yelling out of springs based on how many classes you’d taken and constant talking but it grew on me! Staff was super friendly, encouraging and accomodating. I found I was advanced at lunges but less advanced than with some of the weights based exercises. I do the most advanced level of reformer Pilates at home and train daily. I also got asked if I teach. I appreciated the confidence boost and constant praise. Will be back if I visit again for sure! I got such a great workout too and tried something a bit new

I'm absolutely enamored with this studio—the instructors, the workouts—it's been my fitness sanctuary for nearly a year now. Surprisingly, it's just as challenging as when I first started. The only difference? I've grown significantly stronger, both physically and mentally, thanks to these intense 50-minute sessions. It's a relentless push that keeps you on your toes; there's no chance of plateauing, at least not in my experience. While I used to commit to Pure Barre five times a week (and still adore it), I've capped my sessions here at three per week—these workouts are tough but oh-so-addictive! Each instructor brings their own unique style to the table, and I genuinely love them all!

Wonderful experience! They have really great coaches, high energy environment, and flexible class times. Definitely recommend this to anyone experienced OR beginning with pilates (I had no prior knowledge but quickly became accustomed to it!).

Unfortunately due to an external injury (snowboarding- gah!), I had to cancel moving forward, but 1000% recommend this to any individuals or couples who want a class-dynamic workout! Thanks for everything SolidCore :)

Very challenging- went to my first class taught by Jenna. I have taken many types of fitness classes over the years ranging from Pilates to barre, trx, spin, orange theory, f45 etc and this was at the top! Enough reps/focused movements to burn/shake and still shaking after leaving class!
