So amazing! 9:15am class had just a few of us which made it so the instructor could ask if we wanted to focus on anything which I appreciated. The flow was what we needed for the morning, gentle but challenging moments to wake up! Rosie is lovely!

Rosie is an amazing fitness instructor with so much passion and expertise in her art. Each session is equally challenging and healing and her studio is both calming and invigorating. Rosie tailors each session to the individuals' needs at that time and suggests different levels for each person throughout the session. Rosie, Naomi, and the team at Soul n Body provide an exceptional environment and classes for wellness.

Rosie's classes are the perfect reset and strength builder. Soul n Body is clean and relaxing and the environment is very inclusive and comfortable. Definitely recommend pilates and power yoga, I always leave feeling stronger.

Attended my first yoga session with this studio and truly enjoyed it. The space is clean, warm, and welcoming. The flow was great, and all levels are welcome. Modifications were offered throughout the flow and sequence. There are also extra supplies on hand (mats, blankets, kneeling pads, blocks, etc). I did it as a drop-in class to get an initial feel, but will be doing a price package in the near future.

Roise is one of the best yoga instructors around in my humble opinion. Naomi and Rosie have created a fantastic studio! Warm and inviting. They have all the props so you do not have to worry about bringing anything. They have multiple classes through out the week so it is easy to get in a class even with a busy life schedule.

Fantastic instruction. Yoga for everyone with fun theme weeks. Drop-ins welcomed but even cheaper with price packages. I've been doing yoga for 7 years and enjoy the no judgement with great instruction/guidance of this studio. All levels with great personalities. Yah, I could do it at home but honestly, I don't. Joining a class makes you feel you have to show up plus I look forward to seeing the instructor and classmates. Great location, plenty of parking and a newer studio. They have everything you need, even the mats. Just show up. Come join us!! You'll feel so glad you did.

I absolutely love taking Rosieβs class. She is a fantastic instructor. Rosie can seamlessly adjust each session based on what participants want to focus on, even on the spot. Her knowledge of fitness and muscle groups is incredibly impressive. I leave every class feeling both relaxed and empowered. Highly recommend!

Rosie is a phenomenal instructor and a master at her art. I have taken many of her yoga classes and they have helped me exponentially. Rosie also is my personal trainer and has made a significant change in my physique. I have dropped 10% body fat and nearly 40 pounds of weight as well as gaining signature muscle mass. My physical form is far better than it ever has been. Rosie is truly a professional and trains with the utmost expertise. Anything to do with fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and strength Rosie can certainly get you there.

Soul N Body exceeded my expectations. The space is clean and spacious. i was impressed by the yoga props available, and even saw that they had a treadmill and stair master in the personal training room.
The instructor, Rosie, was patient and encouraging. Her teaching style helped me feel comfortable while also motivating me to challenge myself.
The studio is clean and always has a great smell. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this studio to others looking for a welcoming and well-equipped yoga space.

This place is truly a 10 out of 10. Rosie is a great instructor. I felt truly relax and comfortable during one of the classes I attended. She works really well with you and help you when you need it. Highly recommend you try.

10 out of 10, highly recommend! I attended Rosie's yoga class, coordinated by Naomi, while visiting in CT and the class was amazing. They are both so sweet and welcoming! The class was challenging but not too intense. I appreciated it as a beginner yoga student. I learned new yoga forms and moved in ways I didn't think I could. I would definitely travel to CT again just for the yoga class. It would be well worth it!
