Went to my first training session here, the group was so friendly and helpful. Coach Danny made modifications to my workout that allowed me to feel more comfortable and build up to the more intense workouts. Was sore after but immediately felt the difference in doing day to day activities. I wanted to increase my mobility and I left here with renewed confidence!

Aaliyah is the BEST!! I didn't expect to have any fun working out but that was a blast 💫Wish I lived closer so I could go back more often - but truly had so much fun. Go if you're into great music picks (think hot girl energy) and sweating, and not afraid to let loose 💯 Can't recommend it more!!
