Fun, fast paced workouts! Clean facility, great coaches and classes! And their prices are very reasonable for what they offer!

I’ve have never felt great going to the gym until I decided to give Tap Out a try.I feel that he will help me achieve my goal on being healthy and stronger. It's a gym, have yet to find any dead bodies, and no one has punched me in the face. 10/10 would gym again. Lots of parking, and a Japanese steakhouse next door for when you give up on wanting to exercise.

Poor management. I lost money and patience. Customer service was awful. At the end I had to make a deal with them while going through a pandemic and health issues. I gave them.. my best customer service just to be free. Rude.

I love this gym. I started coming here about 6 months ago. They went under new management and it was for the better!! The classes are amazing, I love coach liz class she's amazing and has great experience I've learned so much since I have started here and have really been working towards my fitness goals. The manager Connor is awesome he is very helpful and is always there to answer your questions!! Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

took a class being run by Liz, who didn't look like she knew what she was doing with her form on the heavy bag. Class was boring, I felt like I didn't benefit much from it. After being called and sent text messages to try it out I finally gave in figured it must be a great gym, but wasn’t impressed. Just felt like the place was only about sales, overpriced membership and not really a personal experience with their clients. I’m actually seeing a personal trainer who used to be employed by them recently who now runs his own gym, better routines, better prices, and is more derived on the individual and their goals not about the sales. Wouldn’t recommend Tapout to anyone.

Outrageous cancelation policy and fees. Nothing like taking advantage of people. Was not a member but know 4 people who have complained yet unwilling to post. Just like others have done, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible gym. They never clean the bathrooms. They never clean the equipment. And they hit you with ridiculous cancellation fees when you try to leave. The only thing the owner cares about is charging your card. Save yourself the aggravation and don't even bother walking in. There's a dozen other gyms that will treat you better.

EDIT: The only reason I signed up for this gym was because I was told by one of the employees that I could cancel anytime without a fee. Obviously that was a lie. Like I said before, they just want your money. I stand by my one star review. Terrible gym.

I have been going here since June if 2018. The classes are challenging enough and coaches are approachable and competent.

I have lost about 30lbs and I owe a lot of it to TapouT for providing a new exiting way to workout and keep me being consistently active. This isn’t a gym where you pay your monthly membership and go once or twice a month. The staff there treat you as more than a number, but an individual trying to reach their goals whatever they may be, and are willing to help you reach them.

There is a wide variety of classes for all skill levels so you never feel overwhelmed.

If you are thinking of signing up, make sure when you go, ask for **GARY**. He will make sure to take care of you and answer any questions you have.

I used to roll my eyes when people would talk about their “gym family.” Turns out that I just hadn’t found the right gym. Tapout is the best. It has all the equipment I love plus super fun and challenging classes and the best staff around. Seriously, talk to Gary and get yourself in there.

I went today to get a membership for 2 months and the way they were speaking was to good to be true. I kept asking if there would be no fees when I leave the gym due to me being in vacation and I was told no but something in my gut was telling me to walkout and do some research. Then I headed to a kickboxing gym and tried out with them and as I spoke to people I was told that they do have hidden fees but they dont want to make you aware of them until you're leaving. I then looked at the reviews and there it was some people talking about the hidden fees. The gym is fantastic but they should be letting people aware of the situation. The owner and the staff member were good people (met them once) but the gym feels weird. I saw some people exercising and one with a trainer and the trainer wasn't even motivated. To be honest if I would've saw that trainer pumping his client I would've drop the cash $500 (2 months with two personal training classes a week and every group class available) NOT BAD AT ALL but the lack of motivation was what didn't sell me. Plus the don't have sparing when you take on boxing and that also didn't sell me but the gym was to perfect standards.

Signed my three kids and I up. I was told it was a family plan. Then suddenly I got charged $53x4 as a yearly fee after 60 days plus my monthly fee. Apparently there isn’t any family plan only individual plans. My kids are 9,7, and 5. They have only taken a few kids classes here and there. They can’t even use the whole gym. Why in the world would they have individual accounts! The guy who signed us up did not disclose this fee per person he didn’t even tell me I was locked into a yearly contract!

Place is a scam, cancellation policies are outrageous. Charging $200 per person to cancel. But when you cancel its not "okay, membership is over, we will now charge you $200 per person." Their policy is "as soon as you pay the $200 per person (total of $600 for me) your membership will be canceled, until then we will continue to charge you $196 a month until the $600 is paid." You are not paying a canceling FEE, as in your membership was terminated early and your remaining balance is $600, you are "buying out" of your contract, which is different. As in, your membership continues until you pay. Which wouldn't be an issue, if I had $600 laying around. Instead I have been paying $196 a month since February, because I have not had $600 in total at one moment, which has cost me about $800 in monthly charges, and I still owe $600 to "buy out", even though they know my wife informed them in February of our intent to cancel and wouldn't be coming anymore. By the letter of the law, they are within their right to do so, and I am within my right to think its poor business to make people feel trapped in a brutal cycle. You have gotten your $600, plus $200, just let me out.

Never did I ever think that a gym could be fun or exciting but Tapout Fitness is just that and more!

My health was declining at the end of last year; thanks to ALL the trainers and staff I have made an incredible lifestyle change. Not only have I lost nearly 40lbs but my energy and strength are at levels that I couldn’t have imagined. My doctors are blown away by my results in the short time (4 months) and I have never felt better! I literally cry tears of joy.

My results have everything to do with the motivation I receive at Tapout Fitness. I can’t thank you enough for helping me become the better version of myself that I am today.

If you are looking for excitement, motivation and results then Tapout Fitness the place!
