I’ve been training with Coach Nick since 2022, and it’s been a game changer. The gym has everything you could need—clean, well-maintained, and with a full selection of equipment. Workouts are always challenging, and I’ve seen big improvements in both strength and fat loss.
Coach Nick is the real deal—motivating, extremely knowledgeable, and he knows exactly when to push you to get the best results. He’s also great at adapting workouts when needed, so you’re always making progress.
My two boys (13 and 11) have trained here as well, doing sports conditioning and general fitness. Nick kept them motivated, taught them how to work out safely, and helped them develop great habits they’ll use for life.
Whether you’re a serious athlete or just starting out, I can’t recommend The Compound and Coach Nick enough.

They have done excellent work with both our sons and myself.
The small sized agility and strength classes for young athletes is perfect for them to properly learn how to workout and maximize their bodies abilities. Our goal is to set them young so it becomes a lifelong healthy habit.
I had a goal of losing weight in a healthy way without losing muscle. I was welcomed and their trainers kept me accountable!
I’m now simply maintaining what they helped me accomplish!

Awesome place. This owner and trainers are welcoming, gym is super clean, workouts are challenging (but everyone has the ability to scale) and I love the variety of the workouts. It is a great place for high school/college athletes (my son works out here when he is home) as well as adults of all ages.

My 10 year old son’s athletic ability and performance across multiple sports has improved tremendously since working with Nick. The training is personalized for young athletes, challenging with a focus on long term growth. He knows how to push the right amount while keep it positive and encouraging. Nick’s athletic training is Highly Recommended for all young athletes.
