Exercise Coach has been my salvation. I was diagnosed last year with NASH and needed to loss weight especially in belly. Rach worked with me to meet my goals. I was out for 4 months with fractured vertebrae. When I was released to do normal activities we worked on strengthening my core and listening to my body. I have lost 35 lbs in a year and much more agile at 71! Thank you 🥰

The coaches are amazing, kind, and helpful. This is a 20 minute-quick, effective program with proven results. Walking into the studio you will find it is spotless and smells great! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants strength training without the intimidating typical gym atmosphere.

I have never been so excited to go to a workout class! As someone who cannot utilize a standard gym this is the perfect and better alternative. I love the strength and resistance workout that varies so you never get bored and it's only 20 minutes twice a week. I can feel a difference already in my strength and stamina. The coaches are amazing and enthusiastic.

I work out twice a week at this excellent establishment. And yes, 20 minutes DOES actually work. I've done 93 sessions as of today. The equipment is mostly high-tech, and gives you feedback while you're working out AND tracks your progress over time. My knees are stronger today because of my consistent efforts. My back hurts less often because my abdominal and back muscles are stronger now. My shoulders are more stable, too. The trainers are great and the facility is always sparkling clean. You can do solo sessions with nobody else there or you can do group sessions. The group sessions cost a little less and there aren't usually very many people in a session. I think the most clients that I've seen there at once has been 4 people, including myself.
If you have disposable income, I would humbly suggest that you invest in yourself. It's literally 40 minutes a week. Get there!
UPDATE: Feb 2023: I got bronchitis in Nov 2022 and could not work out for almost four weeks. I noticed that my knees started to hurt again and I've had a return of my plantar fascitis! I actually feel better after working out, though. Here's hoping my next update will say that I'm OK again.
APRIL 2023: Still loving it! Rachel suggested different exercises and trying orthotics for my plantar fascitis, and it's receding. So glad for Rachel, Josh, & Noah!

Due to a back injury and the physical load of my job I needed an exercise program that would not put pain on my back and also build up my strength. This program does that! Not only was a able to work out without feeling pain in my back I was able to build strength for my job ! It's quick and efficient and they make you feel like family.

I'm 66 years old and tried to go to your everyday style gym. Walked in and knew it was no place for me. So many machines, it was overwhelming and I would have felt so self conscious. Just recently I saw add for exercise couch and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. The staff is so friendly, everything is clean, and the equipment is state of the art. I wasn't sure that going 2 times a week for 20 minutes was enough but trust me, its enough.

The studio itself is well organized and clean and the equipment is all new and managed well. I appreciate the attention of the coaches while I’m using the equipment and their experience and knowledge of how each piece of equipment is benefiting me and getting me to my personal goals. They are respectfully encouraging yet have safety front and center. The coaches knowledge about human form and proper technique is refreshing.

LOVE this place! I've never really enjoyed working out before, but The Exercise Coach has changed that. I now look forward to my workouts and wouldn't miss them for anything. The facility is clean and the workout is always great. I love that i can challenge myself every time and compare to previous workouts. I work with Max, Alicia and Josh and they are all fantastic. I cant recommend The Exercise Coach enough

The Exercise Coach makes it convenient to get my workout done in 20 minutes. The machines maintain a history which easily shows my progress and improved strength. The Coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They ensure I get the most out of my workout while using proper form and also ensure the workout stays fresh by changing the routine each visit.
