This place is awesome! We did a private event for a bachelorette party and had so much fun. Everyone enjoyed their time and learned some cool moves! Sarah made us all feel comfortable and made sure we were able to follow along. If I lived in the area, I would come back for regular classes.

Took the intro to pole class with my sister and aunt and we had a phenomenal time. The instructor was super nice and very encouraging. Before we made it back to the lobby the first words out of my aunt's mouth was that was so fun. We all signed up for the beginners series and can't wait to keep going!

Okay, so I was getting real bored with my routine and decided it was time to step into my “try new shit” era (I’m talking drinks, food, men…heavy on the men). I stumbled upon Lyra at The Girl Spot with Casey, and let me just say—chef’s kiss! I’m OBSESSED. 😍
Casey is an absolute vibe. She’s fun, energetic, and makes you feel like you can do anything. Whether you’re a total newbie or just need a little confidence boost, Casey is the ultimate hype woman. She knows how to make you feel so comfortable that you forget you’re doing something you’ve never tried before.
And let’s talk about Lyra for a second… I’m in LOVE! Who knew I could tap into my sexy side while also getting a workout? And trust me you will get a nice workout in. Every move feels empowering, and I’m not just talking about the physical gains (though, don’t get me wrong, my muscles are definitely thanking me). The confidence and fierceness I feel after class? Next level.
Bonus: Every time I post a video from class, the boys lose it. I mean, they go crazy—so if you need an ego boost (or just some fun attention), trust me, this is the way to go. (Sticks tongue out, pushes hair behind ear... cue dramatic eye roll).
Seriously though, this class is SO much more than I expected. It’s helping me break out of my shell, rediscover my inner badass, and have a blast while doing it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to spice up their routine and unleash their inner hot girl.
And honestly, I say this as the awkward Black girl who has zero sex appeal, can’t really dance, and for the longest time thought I wasn’t built for anything like this—this class makes me forget all of that. I’m that girl now.
10s across the board!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!
I’ve been taking beginner Lyra classes with Casey and look forward to them every week! The classes are fun and the way each new move is broken down is clear and demonstrated. Casey is great at making sure we know exactly what we’re doing and spotting us so we feel safe trying new things! It’s been a great workout while also enjoying myself and meeting new people. Everyone I’ve met so far has been so kind and the small group classes are fun as you get to know and celebrate wins with the others in class!
If you’re looking for a good place to get into aerial, this is where to start - perfect for beginner levels and I’m excited to progress further and try more advanced skills too!

The Girl Spot is just the absolute best if you want to get into Pole or Lyra! As someone who is not rhythmically inclined and did not grow up dancing I have learned SO much and have been blown away with how supportive the community is. All of the students cheer everyone on in addition to having some of the best teachers ever.
I have been doing Lyra with Casey (intro & beginner series) for a couple months and she is so patient and amazing at breaking down moves. Even though it hasn’t been a long time, I’m already learning how to put moves together and feeling so strong under her guidance.
When you start at The Girl Spot, you take an intro class for either Pole or Lyra to get familiar with the classes. Then, you work through the respective curricula and get to graduate up through each level. It’s a great way to see progress and I’ve truly enjoyed it. If you’re at all thinking about it - take the plunge!

The girl spot is my favorite pole studio I've been a member of. The variety of classes offered, from dance to technique to combos, is exceptional. The teachers (shout to Marissa!) all bring great advice and encouragement, and the community is phenomenal. You'll not only quickly grow in confidence and strength, but find your people along the way ❤️❤️

I tried to book a private party for a bachelorette in August. I had emailed back and forth and was told I would get a email with a link to book when I have final numbers. When I was ready to book, I responded back with final numbers and I received no response and no link to book. I reached out via email several times after and tried calling which I received no response for. Extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service. Do not recommend at all!

Extremely unprofessional and rude .There are nicer places to go. I booked a private party for 10 . It took me 3 tries to even get a call back . No one answers the phone or emails. When I finally got a call back from Sara she had the worst attitude. There was a miscommunication regarding the price rather than give the customer the discount, she offered to refund all the money which was 400.00 again with an attitude .Keep in mind 10 of us will spread the word. Free advertising. The class was lazy it was clear she gave us the bare minimum. she taught one routine then gave us free style time . It was a birthday celebration and I was required to bring my own cups and drinks. The waivers were sent to me to distribute and had the wrong time on them. For 50 pp it really was not worth it. They really need to step up their game and hire a better events planner who knows how to talk to ppl and not be rude .The place needs a sign on the road so the studio can be found when driving by.Note : they did update the phone number on the website

I've been taking classes at The Girl Spot for about 6 months now and I love it! I've learned from multiple instructors who are all kind and make their classes engaging and fun and truly care about helping their students improve their skills. I especially love the curriculum model for pole dancing because it lets you take your time and build your strength and confidence from (literally) the ground up. I get to improve a little bit every week and have so much fun doing it!

I've been at The Girl Spot for nearly 4 years. Throughout that time I've gone through many ups and downs with my own capabilities, but the love and support of all the amazing instructors have kept me going. I have gained so much in these last 4 years. Strength, confidence, and the most supportive community I could've ever hoped for. The Girl Spot is my second home and the people there are truly my family. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. You don't have to be strong, coordinated, or have any athletic background to get started. You just need a willingness to learn and probably look a bit silly at first (as we all do). SIGN UP NOW!!!! You won't regret it.

Similar to some who've posted, I had a poor customer service experience related to the late policy. I was a first time client, and despite arriving within the 10 minute late policy -- I could not find the proper secondary entrance to the pole class. Despite entering the building, I think the secondary door was actually closed before the 10 minute window or I couldn't find the correct door when inside the building. I couldn't find a number so I sent an email explaining the the situation, asking about rebooking, and then I left The Girl Spot. I did this also as to provide a time stamp via email.
Within a month time, I sent 3-4 emails asking about rebooking and how it worked (I didn't recall the policy). I never got a response, and there is no phone number. I thought to just let it go but then decided I'd go in person during a class time. I spoke with the owner, explained the situation, mentioned the unanswered emails and asked to rebook. I was told I would have to pay full price and no refund. I had no issue with the refund. But considering that all that I've explained, I was offered $5 off. The owner didn't even ask for my name, try to pull up my emails, or even ask any information.
As a one time courtesy for a new client, if I was offered no refund for the prior class, and to pay 50% for a new class -- I would have been completely okay with it. And I would have likely been a return client based on the reviews I've seen. But to be a new client, have 3-4 unanswered emails from the business owner, no care to pull up my emails, and no accommodation offered despite being within the late policy widow -- this shows enough poor client service that I won't take a class here.

The beginner classes were decent, though it’s hard to tell the difference between the first 2 classes. There are limited classes offered per week and you are required to take classes in their sequential order which makes sense, however that class may only be offered once a week so you’re screwed if you have a busy schedule with work or kids. Be cautious if asked to purchase a class package of 4 classes. They do not explain to you at the time of purchase that you only have 3 months to use the classes and then they expire. They will send you an email confirmation that does state the expiration date. However, if you’re anything like me and only look at your email when you’re ready to book, by the time you do so, your classes may already be expired. I emailed to ask if I maybe signed some kind of agreement at the time I purchased the package of classes and I’ve received no response on the agreement. Instead, they did confirm with no flexibility that my classes are expired and that’s it. I purchased a package of 4 classes and did not get to use any of them. I wish this was explained at the time of purchase as this would have impacted my decision to purchase a package in the first place. I am so disappointed as I feel scammed to purchase a package upfront to spend more money with their hope that the customers just forget and they get to keep your money. There are other aerial/pole fitness classes in the area. Given the poor customer service and the studio’s lack of care and explanation of their “package policy”- I recommend going somewhere else. It’s not worth the hassle or your energy.

I wanted to buy tickets for me and my friend to enjoy a day with intro pole. They did help me book when room was available for me to have my friend with me the same day. Sadly I was 15 mins late to the class because there was traffic and I knew that most likely I’ll have to reschedule. Knowing that their tickets aren’t refundable I asked in email to schedule me at least for a different day on their page. I been told word from word “ We do not give refunds. The class you missed was a full class, so others they may have wanted that spot could not take it because your purchase blocked that. I hope you understand and we look forward to dancing with you soon” . I’m really upset about this because I explained my situation that was out of my own control and I spent $50.00 on both me and my friends ticket and In return I get no help. I never asked for a refund! I honestly wanted to enjoy my myself and see if I could reschedule because stuff like this happen all the time! So please if you book with them make sure that you could see in the future and nothing bad is happening that day because they will NOT work with you for a better outcome and of course in their policy will not refund you your money back. (Which is understandable) what I can’t stand is a person that doesn’t work with people that want to support their Buisness! Especially knowing how would they like it if the customer service was returned to them. Can’t believe I spent $50.00 to not atleast be helped to be rescheduled! This was my first time and LAST time. And everyone I know that is interested I will definitely let them know what occurred with me! Ridiculous!!

Nice teacher and space. Intro class was fine if not basic twirls (not even on the pole, just around it). However I feel a bit scammed, especially if you have prior experience.
EVERYONE is required to take an very basic intro class to do any of their classes, but then if you want to move into a higher class than beginners (if you have prior experience), you have to pay for an additional open studio and then a fee on top of that to have the teacher test you for the beginner 'classes' you missed, even if you already have the knowledge (I paid for that experience elsewhere)...
I would've been fine if it was one class/open studio and the evaluation fee but making me pay for a third session especially when the intro class was basic? It's just an excuse to make more money off people and honestly never experienced a policy like this at any other studio. I understand you have to run a studio but have some sympathy that not everyone is made of money and I just wasted my time and money in your basic intro class.
It didn't make sense but perhaps for the owners it does. Honestly I think having loyal and happy students that pay for additional classes because they enjoy it would be better. Either way you're paying for the intro class, open studio, and a fee to be evaluated all to take a class at your level...
I would definitely check out a different studio first, honestly felt like a waste of money and time on my part, but that's my opinion. Experience it for yourself.

WILL 100% BE BACK HERE! Went here to celebrate my birthday because I always begin celebrating with something ACTIVE!
I sweat, smiled(ear to ear), jumped, pranced, swung and let myself trust in BUNGEE Fitness. (Which is totally safe by the way)
This class is amazing. DO this if your looking for something new and exciting, something indoors, and tons of fun.
Class is currently only by REQUEST ONLY, based on instructor availability. Totally worth it! Min of 3 participants TOTAL, BRING WATER, AND DOUBLE UP ON YOUR LEGGINGS and maybe bring a pair of work out/lifting gloves(to assist with grip) and yourself!
They send you a very informative Bungee Flight email once payment is applied, and are very kind to work with. Very clean and inviting and organized atomosphere. I had so much fun, and so did my friends!
They also have Ariel yoga and Lyra as well as pole dancing here too; Be sure to check it out and tell them ANDREA sent you! You will NOT be dissapointed! I literally cant wait to RETURN!
