I highly recommend The Pilates Barre. Jolene is a very experienced instructor, and works closely with you to achieve your goals, either during in a one on one or class environment. She takes time to discuss your needs and your limitations, if any. The studio is set up nicely with numerous types of pilates equipment and Jolene will incorporate these into each session in order for you to get the most out of your time in the studio. The studio is always clean and temperatures controlled.

The Pilates Barre gives you the personalized experience you will not find at the large chains. There are numerous class times available to chose from that defiantly work for everyone's schedule.

I’ve been doing Pilates here 3x a week since May 2023, and it’s amazing how much stronger I’ve gotten. All the low back pain I used to get from sitting at a computer all day is gone! The classes cater to all ability levels, and Jolene is thorough and makes sure everyone maintains proper form and stays safe.

I started taking pilates reformer classes here in April with Jolene and my experience has been nothing but great. Jolene is very knowledgeable on all things pilates and barre and she is very receptive to any feedback given. One time I was in pain the day after a class and the next class she explained where the pain might of come from and what we were going to do during class to counter act the situation. If you have been struggling with strengthening the little muscles we don't normally use everyday or even the bigger muscle groups…this is the place to go!

I had hip surgery in March 2021 and I wanted to get back into exercising. I did a lot of Pilates and running over 10 years ago. I have been attending personal sessions and reformer classes at The Pilates Barre since June 2021. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable in injuries and working with you to specify a program specific to your level. They work around schedules and are very accommodating. They also offer barre classes which are intense but an excellent work out!
