Took a drop in class the day after Christmas. Beautiful studio space with warm and inviting atmosphere. The instructor was incredibly welcoming and encouraging and her adjustments and support helped me push myself comfortably. I will definitely return next time I visit!

My first time at The Yoga Shop..I could never know how much this place would mean to me or how it would change my life..Thank goodness BFF dragged me to this weird sweaty place (yup that was my first thought)..Annie was there and made space for me and my mat and Kim was there teaching cheering me into power I didn't see before..it has become a home to me with healing, love, strength, and acceptance then I ever knew could be possible..a million thank yous Annie and Kim you have changed my life.. always Big Love Love Love

Beginner with yoga. Second class tonight and walked in to the same fun and warm welcoming atmosphere as I did for my first class. Experience was amazing and inviting because the staff is positive, upbeat and inviting to all no matter the level of experience. The instructor Kimberly who is one of the owners made me and the other newbies feel right at home and like we were among friends. Fantastic welcoming experience for all levels. These folks know how to have fun and spread the excitement no matter the level you are at whether advanced or just starting all in the room seemed to feel at home. Amazing experience for a new person and I could tell the advanced were feeling the same. Can’t wait to go back! It’s a workout and self wellness experience you won’t forget.

I have been going to the yoga shop for years. It’s the best workout I’ve ever done. I sweat, stretch, and build strength. The teachers are amazing. Every single one of them. I have been to a few of the yoga shop studios and they are all really nice. I’ll never forget my first class and how far I have come since then.

The second you walk through the doors you can feel the most inviting energy. The love, peace and kindness is so evident you'll never want to leave. All the instructors AND the students are so supportive, you'll feel as though you've joined a family and found your home.
