I initially looked into Thomas Fitness and Performance because I believed my 11-year-old daughter, an avid tennis player, would benefit from the type of conditioning they offer. They run a kid-specific class Mondays through Thursdays, with two convenient time options on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

My daughter enrolled and is genuinely enjoying it. More importantly, the conditioning she receives from Corey and his staff is far more comprehensive than typical youth exercise programs. They focus heavily on core strength, upper-body balance, and structured body-weight training—exactly the type of foundation young athletes need but often don’t get elsewhere.

As an added bonus, while she trains, I use the gym myself to stay in shape.

This is an excellent and highly recommended training facility for kids and adults alike.

TFP offered a 6 week fitness challenge. My husband and I took the challenge and couldn’t be happier. The challenge was more than just a fitness and nutrition challenge. It challenged us on so many levels.

As for the gym itself the small groups (of mixed ages) allow for one on one guidance when needed while having the benefit of group motivation.

I recommend TFP🏋️no matter your level, actively exercising, returning after a long sabbatical, or a beginner ready for a better you.

Two years of training later and I can truly say TFP has changed my whole perspective on fitness. I’ve never been more confident and comfortable in a gym setting. Picture it - middle aged, slightly overweight, anxiety ridden, sweaty lady who hates the gym. That’s me. The smells, the people, the stimulation, the size - I literally hated everything about the big name gyms and would constantly get memberships only to stop after a month with zero improvement.

Then I found Thomas fitness and performance and something finally clicked. Corey and Meaghan are an absolute treasure to our community! Two incredibly kind people. On a personal level they both worked with me on getting a meal plan to help stabilize my blood sugars for working out. The encouragement and support from them is amazing, honestly the best experience I’ve ever had, WITH INCREDIBLY FAST RESULTS! I was in town for a month and wanted to stay active, so I joined Thomas Fitness for a short-term membership. From day one, Meghan and Corey made me feel incredibly welcome. I had no prior experience lifting weights and have never been confident in gym settings, but they created such a supportive and encouraging environment that I genuinely looked forward to every session. Every single person was welcoming and motivated each other to do their best.

They modified exercises for me as needed and ensured I was comfortable during every session so I never felt pushed beyond my limits. Fantastic fitness and training for all levels!

I joined Thomas Fitness and Performance after bariatric surgery. I was fairly new to fitness and so anxious about going to a gym. After meeting Corey and Meghan I knew that I made a great decision. They do a great job tailoring the workouts to each person’s level and they are so welcoming and encouraging.

Not only are the owners/trainers amazing, but they cultivate a fantastic environment. Everyone who trains here is so wonderfully supportive and I very quickly began to look forward to my sessions. I even developed the confidence to go back to a traditional gym as well- which is something I thought I’d never feel comfortable doing again.

As someone who is naturally anxious, especially socially, and who was self conscious about starting out, I can’t recommend TFP enough! If you have any anxiety about getting started on a fitness journey or have had bad experiences in the past but want to get back into training, this is the place you need to go for a positive and fun experience!

I met Meghan as she was referred to my hair salon through a mutual client. After two visits spent with her and great conversation I was inspired to train at Thomas Fitness. I started training with Corey and Meghan almost two months now and I LOVE IT!!!!!! I was a former student athlete but after I graduated, got a full time job, and pretty much had to be a full adult, I was struggling with making my health a priority. My life has changed IMMENSELY since training at Thomas Fitness and Performance! Corey and Meghan have a huge emphasis on work life balance, being strong mentally and physically, and having fun while doing it! I used to be shy and didn’t know how I would like small group personal training, but the community they have built is so welcoming, high energy, and supportive! By the end of our sessions we’re all either dancing, screaming “YOU GOT THIS”, or all trying to catch our breath as a team! If you want to train hard with people that are knowledgeable, caring, and want you to succeed, please consider this gym!!! My mindset has shifted from “I need to look good” to “I need to lift HEAVY”, I have a great relationship with food now, better than I have ever, and I actually look forward to working out, even after working a full shift as an RN. I’ve always had good intentions and gone to the gym in spurts before joining Thomas Fitness and Performance. Coach Corey and Coach Meghan have created such a fun, yet challenging and motivating environment that it has been easy to stay consistent these past 6 months. Not only are they just great people, but they are so knowledgeable about their craft, including how to adapt workouts based on your own personal history, any injuries you may have, and they also place a strong emphasis on helping you achieve your individual goals. After a long recovery from a near death medical emergency I lost allot of muscle mass. Having been active most of my life I knew I needed to get back to the gym. A google search,phone intake & in person intake lead me to TFP. Fast forward almost 9months later and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Meghan & Corey are wonderful, truly caring people. I enjoy the workouts and they are all able to be modified to meet individual needs. I have attended every time slot of classes and have always been met with the kindest, friendliest groups of people. Coach Cain is my absolute favorite but he only comes around when you really need that extra push or some smiling fun added to those really tough workouts😉 I have participated in just about every gym option out there. At this point in my life I appreciate being able to “just show up” and have a pre programmed work out laid out for me in a friendly & supportive environment. Joining TFP is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Corey and Meghan are the best! After leaving college athletics because of reoccurring injuries, I was afraid to push myself and move in the ways my body needed because I didn’t think I could. Right away Corey understood where I was coming from and met me right where I needed. Both Corey and Meghan continuously create such a safe, comfortable environment where you can push your boundaries, grow, and become stronger! They have your back and care about you as a whole person. I'm not good at writing reviews, apologies in advance:). I started at TFP when it was VHP. One problem I had at the bigger gyms was just not wanting to work out in front of a crowd of people. I also needed a program where I could be in and out in under an hour and feel like I was getting my entire body worked out and attention to all my muscle groups. When I first met with Meghan and Corey, they asked me what my goals were, and it was to be faster and stronger, but not be any bigger. I really wanted to focus on strengthening muscles and preventing injury and or joint pain to facilitate the other activities I love to do in my life. This is important being in my 40's, and still being able to snowboard, run, cycle, and do other rec league sports. Working out at TFP, it was always in small groups of great people, great vibes, and very supportive team. There was constant correction from Corey and Meghan with form to prevent injury and bring attention to muscle engagement. Just the coaching aspect and training me how to lift properly, is a gift for the rest of my life, as I feel confident in any situation as it comes naturally when I need to do something physical, how to approach, and how to lift safely. The training is broken up into different days, but every day I left, I felt like I wasn't ignoring a part on my body, and for me knowing that I was getting even distribution amongst my entire body felt great. From the daily warm-ups, and the rotation of exercises on a regular basis, I never found myself bored, and it was exciting when we were comparing our achievements to previous achievements/goals and seeing consistent improvement. Working in the focused groups provided so much motivation, and even on those bad tired days, I always found the energy just walking in the building. I appreciate TFP for changing my life, and understanding my goals and providing a place where I could grow. Much Love!!

After years of dealing with back pain from a previous injury, I found myself starting to lose the ability to enjoy my favorite things, such as skiing and mountain biking, due to constant pain. I decided to talk with Corey and Meghan at Vitality Human Performance and we collectively created a plan for me to get back to the activities that I love the most.

After three months of working out with the team at VHP, I recently had a chance to go skiing. I instantly noticed a difference in strength and endurance and was able to ski all day without pain. Although my journey is not over, I am very happy with my current results.

I highly recommend Corey and Meghan for anyone looking to improve their strength and confidence. They are extremely passionate towards what they do and in helping others meet their personal goals.

There is a lot to be said about a level of comfort for working out. For most of my life, I’ve worked out to some degree. Speaking for myself, the gym atmosphere can be intimidating. I mostly stuck with cardio because I never truly knew what to do otherwise. Being a part of this gym has been an ongoing learning experience for myself to get me back to strength training for a healthier lifestyle. We all have strengths and weaknesses and Corey and Meghan have been nothing short of amazing coaches who literally walk you through and demonstrate every exercise and give alternative options if that is what is needed to help you achieve your goals! I started seeing Corey and Meghan in Nov 22. They are the best personal trainers I have ever dealt with. During my initial assessment which consisted of a one on one with Corey I had trouble doing 2 pushups, couldn't due a weightless squat. Had to wear a knee brace to class. Happy to say I no longer wear a knee brace! I look forward to my workouts. The classes are limited to 6 people per hour session so there is a lot of attention given. Stay Strong!

The three one-hour sessions I spend at VHP are my favorite three hours of the week. Meghan and Corey create the perfect environment to have fun and feed off the positive energy of small group workouts in a community of great people who build each other up in our individual health journeys. I was intrigued by Vitality Human Performance’s (VHP) philosophy to help improve the overall quality of your life through building strength by training in functional life moving, so decided to give them a try. I was impressed with their knowledge and skill at creating personalized workouts that prepare you for movements that mimic what’s needed in your everyday life. These sessions are personalized individual and small groups where everyone is supportive of each other. Meghan and Corey make sure that all exercises are done properly, to avoid injury (which is very important to me). I’ve only completed three sessions and it’s already helping me with challenging functional tasks that are needed in my life during this time. I’ve been training at VHP with Corey and Meghan for the past year and a half. During that time my strength, mobility and overall fitness has increased dramatically and transformed not only my body but my mindset as well. So much so that it’s allowed me to maintain my training throughout all 30 weeks of my pregnancy thus far. The physical toll that pregnancy takes on the body is intense. You have aches and pains you didn’t even know you could have. But thanks to Corey and Meghan’s knowledge, constant encouragement and a genuine concern for my well-being and safety, I’ve been able to maintain my weekly schedule, stay flexible and agile and keep the aches and pains at a minimum. All of my exercises are modified based on my ability, comfort and what happens to not hurt that day. And when it does hurt, they find ways to address the pain so I’m still able to perform at work and in life.
