Instructor-led fitness center offering drop in classes and membership plans.
Services range from beginner level fitness classes, to high intensity MMA style workouts. We offer weight lifting, core conditioning, personal training, yoga, and more. We offer a special class for moms with little ones who want to get a workout in.

I joined Mitts about a year ago, and I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I started. I often walk in tired and stressed after a long day, but I always leave feeling stronger, inspired, and completely uplifted, both mentally and physically. The group is so welcoming and supportive, and the instructor meets me where I’m at while still challenging me to grow step by step. This class has become such an important part of my journey, and I’m so glad I found it.

Took the Mommy and Me class, with Holly! It was a joy and very thoughtfully crafted. She combines a little of everything; flexibility, strengthening, balance, fascia/massage work and lymphatic drainage. So much in one class!

I can’t say enough great things about this tribe! 🥊💖 From the moment I walked in, the energy was amazing even though I felt clueless. Rachel, the owner, is such a light, welcoming, passionate, and so supportive. And Holly? One of the best instructors I’ve ever had! These classes are the perfect mix of fun and fierce—I left every class feeling stronger and more confident.
I also had the chance to try the demo Mommy & Me classes, and wow… what a joy! It was such a sweet way to bond with my little one (even though he was moslty on the move) while staying active. 💪👶
So grateful for this experience. If you're thinking about it—DO IT. You’ll feel like part of the family in no time.
