We offer Daily Studio Classes, Private training or sign up for our Signature Small Group Training Programs.

I have been going to TBPY for almost a year and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Between the private sessions, mat fusion PHIT and Smal Group training I cannot believe the physica and mental change I have experienced. Nicole is a fabulous trainer and the whole atmosohere of the studio is welcoming and you want to push yourself. I cannot live without TBPY.
