Tour Fit golf fitness provides you with a personalized training plan to help improve your overall game through fitness while limiting the risk for injuries.
You will develop more power to hit it farther down the fairway.
You will increase your cardio endurance so you're not running out of gas with 5 holes to play.
You will increase joint mobility and flexibility to increase your overall performance and limit injuries so you'll spend more time on the course than off.
Tour Fit will handle the fitness, you just need to sink those 3 footers.

I've been working with Randy for over a year now and I can confidently say I've never been physically and mentally stronger. Not having had a cohesive strengthening training plan in the past, Randy started me with basic movement patterns and light weights. We've been building ever since, with more complex exercises and increasingly heavier weights, cardio blasts, and mobility work for challenging, but always successful workouts. Consistency has been easy to maintain because of Randy's complete attention, and supportive, can-do, friendly approach. I look forward to sessions that are my best ever self-care efforts and lasting rewards.

I’ve been working with Randy for almost a year now, and the training I’ve done with him has been next-level. As a high school Track and Cross Country runner, I went to Randy in the summer and stayed with him throughout the year, and I became far more in shape than I was by just practicing at school and on my own. Randy’s conditioning and mobility training has helped me run 5k’s in under 20 minutes in my first XC season, and helped me PR in the 800m by nearly ten seconds. Randy understands that I have a busy schedule that changes constantly, and he has never failed to be flexible and work out what’s best for me. Randy can create workout plans geared towards the sport you play, or he can develop routines if you are just looking to be in great shape. I’m so glad I made the choice to work with Randy, and I highly, highly, highly recommend you do the same.

My husband and I have been working with Randy for a few weeks now and I am already seeing results. I am someone who can get bored easily, but I look forward to my workouts every week. Randy makes sure that my workouts are different and always challenging. I leave comepletely drained, but feeling awesome. It has been one of my better experiences with a gym/personal trainer, and I will reccomend him to anyone.

I started training w Randy at the beginning of COVID and he has helped me achieve every goal I’ve set out for myself including taking 9 minutes off my best half marathon time.
